What is going on with your subway on ashworth… jus picked up 2 subs and the bread was clearly from yesterday and was burnt .. my bf got the chicken teriyaki, was absolutely cold. But the bun was hard.. we ordered online to pick up and was there within 15 minutes. I’ve given them many tries and I’m done. Extremely disappointed

Usually I love going to this location, it’s changed a lot for the better and the girl I order from is really nice… but this time I ordered a spicy italian over door dash and it came with NO PEPPERONI OR SALAMI, squashed, bread was ripped and it had marinara on it… I don’t know what told them a spicy italian should have marinara on it because that’s for meatball subs and why was there no spicy italian meat.

Had one of the worst food order experiences of my life today. Pretty much only do Subway when my kids want it, so when they picked it for lunch, I went to the app to do the buy2 get 1 free deal; wouldn’t apply the discount. Asked in the store if I could just order 2 & they make a 3rd? Said yes. Put the order in (online only, for whatever reason), went up to the counter, & said they’d only fulfill what I ordered. After 10 minutes of stonewalling, manager offered me a free 6”, but not a footlong. (Sorry, are we negotiating lunch meat now?)

Subway sets a low bar to start, but this location can’t even come close to clearing that. The kicker was the soda fountain was out of co2, & they couldn’t figure it out, so I finally left w/ flat soda. “Sorry, kids—this is your last Subway sandwich I’m ever buying you.”

I usually like Subway but this location needs help. I ordered the BOGO free. I asked for both of my sandwiches to be toasted and they were not toasted. I saved the 2nd sandwich for the next day and when I went to open it/removed the seal tape, there was a long hair in my sandwich. . Will not go to this location again.

Ordered two footlongs. One chicken bacon ranch and one Philly. Got home and both sandwiches only had rotten lettuce, no meat. What a slap in the face. Been going to this one for 10 years, but never again. Not after today!

I have never experienced such uncaring service before, pretty much ever.
We placed an order for pickup, and got to the store when it was supposed to be ready. It was not busy when we got there in the slightest, me and 2 other people in line ordering.
I wait for them to complete their order and then let them know after those sandwiches were made I was here to pick up an order.
They seem to have no idea about it, nor can find any record of it.
This continues for about 20 minutes.
After just waiting and watching them shuffle around, didn’t want to make a fuss. Someone pulls a bag off a shelf behind the counter checks the sandwiches in, then tosses it on the shelf by the front.
Those happened to be ours.
They were there, ready to go, the whole time.
But no one looked.

No word, no nothing.
Just unceremoniously chucked our sandwiches out onto a shelf.

So whatever, underpaid kids doing the work of the value their paid. No big deal, but still frustrating.

Get home.
One sandwich isn’t even wrapped properly.
No markings to say which is which.
Again, not a huge deal.

Also, just as a kicker, each sandwich had something missing.
An ingredient we didn’t ask for or asked to be excluded.
Everything had some sort of mistake.

Please.
Please subway.
Train staff better, and offer better pay so people actually care about the job they have. This was just sad, even for subway. Which is sad by default.

We will be avoiding this location from now on.

Unfortunately this is close to my house so it is super convenient when I want to run and get something quick and healthy for the kids… however, it seems like 50% of the time something is incorrect or goes wrong at this store… they are out of turkey (which is the only thing that my daughter will eat there) … they are out of meatballs (which I frequently don’t find out until I attempt to pick up my online order) … they are out of marinara for the meatballs, etc. etc. Today I was in a hurry so was trying to order online from home … and the website kept saying “error occurred” no matter how many times I refreshed. I realize that this isn’t the store’s problem… however, when I went into the store they wouldn’t let me use the coupons (FLBOGO) off of my app even though it clearly wasn’t letting me order though the app, which just kept spinning (the coupons are the reason I go to Subway in the first place since I have to feed so many kids)…. I was polite about it as again– probably not their fault….. but then they forgot to put cheese on the Outlaw sandwich…. and when I politely pointed it out and asked them to melt it onto the sandwich they put it in the oven again for approximate 5 seconds, which clearly did not melt the cheese. Finally, after they already rang me up they informed me that they forgot to charge me for my chips and had me do a separate transaction. Pretty sure they should have just given me the chips for free at that point. 🙂 So much for a quick and easy trip to Subway!

Went here a few times. One time my “sandwich artist” was digging for a little treasure in his nose. Hey, true culinary artists are always experimenting with ingredients. The other time the artist left about half the ingredients off her “masterpiece”. This was a while ago so probably not any of the current employees. Haven’t been back.

They don’t know what they’re doing. This is the closest subway to my house. About once a year I give it a try. It’s bad. They get your order wrong, lack hygiene, there avacado was clearly rancid.
I’ve told them all this. They don’t care. When I told them the avacafo was oily and brown, not the right color, they laughed.
I drive twice as far for the better subway.

Went on a Sunday at 1030. 1 person working, 1 other customer in the store. Stood at the counter, the employee asked if I had an online order, I said “no”. Employee says, “I have like 20 orders, so I probably can’t help you”. No offer of a time frame until I stared at him dumbfounded, when he said probably 30 minutes.
