Sandwiches were good – really liked the Turkey Cali Club. Cookies are always a sinful indulgence. I’m glad the women working there wear gloves; there was no soap in the women’s restroom and it made me question the business’s hygienic practices.

Really wanted to rate this location ZERO stars, they have no idea what they are doing. I bought 5 subs the staff took forever, there was fly all over the sandwiches and the worker never tried to even bat it away. I had to almost jump over to swing at the fly. I asked for easy mayo for some of my children’s subs and she proceeded to squeeze the whole bottle. The produce did not look fresh at all. We where driving back from or road trip. We ending up throwing the subs away and had to purchase food elsewhere. Waste of my time and money.

Came in today and the staff was very friendly and quick to make My sandwich. They had everything I expected also a very clean restaurant. Looks as the new employees are making this restaurant better now than it was before. I will definitely be coming back.

Always out of something. I ordered online and came to pick up. She was finishing making my sandwich. The bread was falling apart. I told her. I guess it was my fault that I ordered the kind of bread I did. I told her I would need a plate and a spoon to eat it. It literally was crumbling while preparing my sandwich! The soda machine didnt work so she said to get something out of the cooler. The ONLY choice I had was red gatoraide or lemonaid. Thats it. And 3 choices of chips. Usually they are totally out of chips. I got lucky! Out of bacon, out of lettuce, out of tomatos. This place is a wreck!

Don’t waste your time! There was only one employee working who was very slow. There was only one small family ahead of us in line but it took like 15 minutes for the employee to finally make their food and ring them up. Then, when I stepped forward to order, she said “hold on, let me get this bread out of the way” and she proceeded to spend 5-10 more minutes spraying six pans of bread dough loaves with water, sprinkling cheese over them all, and putting them on the oven, all at a sloth’s pace and all while my family and I just stood there waiting to order. THEN when we finally ordered just the two sandwiches we wanted, and got halfway through the agonizingly slow sandwich-making process, only THEN were we told they were out of like …. a bunch of major ingredients, like lettuce, pepperoni, cucumbers, vinaigrette… so I was stuck having to leave major ingredients out and/or substitute with something they did have, and the sandwiches we finally ended up with were nothing like what we originally wanted and tasted awful due to the mismatched ingredients and yet we still had to pay full price of course. Waste of time and money and taste buds. If you’re that short staffed and missing everything that matters, close your doors!

Unfortunately, it has gone downhill. 2nd time I’ve stopped in this location, and didn’t have any meats. Kind of defeats the purpose of a sandwich. I realize times are different, but seems every other restaurant or fast food place I’ve been to, has meat.

Zero stars if I could! Been here a few times. Last time I stopped by prior to today the doors were locked at 3pm so I assume they closed with no sign. Generally (like today) their out of half of the items (today was lettuce, spinach, ham, capicola and steak) place is dirty, they’ve had the soda fountain out of order for over a month now, had one woman’s “chest” literally on my sandwhich multiple times while she was making it, they aren’t very friendly, and they don’t know the portions so once again you get triple amount of meat or 30 pieces of onion in one section instead of spread out. Seriously frustrating when the 2 subways closest to me are absolutely horrible! I wish there were more food options in the area.

No fountain drinks,. Very few options in cold case. Bread was hard I can only imagine how hard it would have been if we had them toasted. Had to have whit because that is all they had. Not a great experience at all
