I walked in and ordered a foot long the Philly which has double cheese. I got one scoop of meet for a whole foot long and when I asked about it the lady said no that’s what it’s supposed to be, then she gave me cheese and I said it comes with double right? And she said no. Then I get to the end to pay and she charges me 4 dollars for a combo for one cookie and a small drink when it says I get 2 cookies, I asked about it and she said no it’s just one and the menu is wrong. I ended up getting charged $19 for a foot long that had nothing on it and got cheaped out of the combo. Last time I come to this Norwalk subway.

Be advised. My wife stopped here, and she bought me a sub combo. They automatically charged for a tip. There was no option as to how much of a tip. It was figured in.
I don’t mind leaving tips, but I should be able to choose the amount.

Staff was preoccupied and unfriendly. Asked what we wanted on the sandwich.then didnt listen so had to repeat. Too busy micro managing the cashier who seemed bored and bothered with us. The whole experience was terrible and Im sorry i chose them for dinner, wont be back and sorry i tipped.

Ordered through the app and didn’t get the correct size sandwich neither of the toasted sandwiches were toasted. Got the wrong cookies as well didn’t notice until after I drove all the way back to the store to get the right size toasted sandwich! Phone number is disconnected as well.

This location has went downhill since the change of owners happened. I will never come back to this location again. Needs to be more friendly with better customer service . Too many complaints to list. Different from night and day when compared to the grand Avenue subway in West Des Moines. About the exact same distance, so I will go there from now on. You will notice I put a five star review on that location about two years ago.

I can see why the reviews are so low at this location, as it’s not just me! Why can’t a sandwich be made correctly from what is ordered?? We ordered 4 sandwiches and out of the 4, only 2 were made correctly. I sent a message (comments) to subway, and supposedly the owner sent me a message saying they were sorry and would have a talk with the staff so this doesn’t happen again… Well.., the staff must not be receiving there “talk” from owner, as the workers still can’t get the sandwiches correct! I even asked owner if she could replace just the 2 sandwiches that they got wrong, since I even paid for the extra (bacon), but she never acknowledged me, and now I see why there reviews are so low, and why another review said they were going to Jimmy John’s!, and I agree, I’m done giving subway any more chances…..
