I am so tired of this locations staff. The lack of awareness and customer courtesy is 100% a fail. I sat in the drive for over 8 mins. The girl at the reg who i believe had pink hair looked out the window 2 times never came once. I honked, revved my engine nothing. It took me calling then the older gal being rude to get my food. I am so tired of spending my hard earned money on a business that has employees who do not care about customer service. The last 6 times or so I’ve had issues at this location alone. So we stopped coming. Then tonight I didnt feel like driving out to the highway so came here to the 1st ave location since its been awhile and figured hey why not. Nope now my food is soggy and gross and once again reminded me why I stopped coming. Sarah as a GM please please educate your staff on customer courtesy. I know that other employees havent ever said that cant see out that window until tonight. I had my interior lights on even in my car. Totally unacceptable

Asked that they heat up the meat and cheese, they heated up nothing. Seems to me like you either get your bread toasted or nothing gets warmed up. If you can offer this option in person, you allow someone to add special instructions to their online order, then why can’t it be simply followed? This may be simple but it isn’t the first time. Guess the reviews will just have to keep coming each time my family goes to eat here and eventually something may get accomplished by the reviews.

My wife Pam was hungry at lunchtime for a Subway, we jumped in the Jeep and off we went. I ordered a 6″ rotisserie chicken sub sandwich stuffed in their new baguette. I ask them to drag mine through the garden, stuffing it full of all the veggies and in particular with lots and lots of those delicious, spicy Jalapenos and finished with salt, pepper and some garlic dressing.
That was a really good hunger quenching sandwich that hit the spot today.

We were in this town for a football game and stopped at the gas station next door to get something to drink went over to the subway, ordered a chicken salad wrap. To my surprise that was tasty considering its just chicken and the mayonnaise mixed in a paper bowl and put into the wrap. The main reason I went in there in order A sandwich was for my service dog so that she could have some CHICKEN. Upon checking out I asked if they had a paper bowl so that way I could put water in it for my dog. I was then told that I could have the bowl as long as I paid for it. The price of the paper bowl would be as if it was full of ingredients which is $7.98. FOR just A paper bowl…. I thought I was being punked. The girl told me “they take inventory” however the bowl used to mix my chicken with mayonnaise in just got thrown away and I didn’t see her count it and I didn’t get charged $7 for it either… so I’m confused maybe she just don’t like dogs who knows.

Twice now that I’ve ordered from them on delivery.com they COMPLETELY swapped the toppings on the sandwiches, ruining a $35 meal. Go to the one next to newton 66. It’s MUCH better

I went to get a foot long sandwich for my daughter and wanted to utilize the coupon I received in mail. Lady there told me they don’t take coupons and that their boss don’t allow them. I said every subway in Des Moines takes them how come this one doesn’t , she said then go to Des Moines and use it . Ride . It was just a question . Will never go there again. I will get all my money spent In Des Moines .
