Went and got a sandwich made. There was a new girl there very sweet, nice lady. The guy making my sandwich had an attitude and seemed very annoyed with how I wanted my sandwich made. As somebody who has worked in the food industry for years I found this very concerning. When telling him what veggies I wanted he just shock his head and rolled his eyes. If it wasnt for the great interaction I had with the young lady I would of given 1 star all the way. Kudos to the new person!!

Food was crap, Ordered Online and came in at my pick up time and my Sandwiches were cold, I had also ordered 2 Double Chocolate Chip Cookies and one of which was hard and tasted stale, The other was perfectly fine. For being a Restaurant next to a highway they’d should know how to at least keep WARM and FRESH food.

I speak English as a second language, and of course, I have an accent. I stopped by this Subway, and there were two young employees and some customers who seemed to know each other. Every time I spoke, they giggled like little girls. They probably think I don’t understand what’s going on, but I do. It’s frustrating how some people equate having an accent with intelligence, assuming you’re not as smart as they are.

Been awhile since I’ve been to a subway, and won’t make it a regular stop. The 6 inch has shrunk in size, more like 4 inch. Used to be the toppings were plentiful, not anymore.

Really disappointed in our small town Subway. Middle of the day and only one person (a teenager) working. Another one did come in while we were there. Both were wearing sweatpants. I thought maybe we were in gym class and gonna have workout with our healthy sandwich Guess we’re too lazy to get dressed to come to work?

Food was good, and the 3 teenagers working the night of 9/21 were all friendly and professional. But they were all show as molasses. There was no sense of urgency or speed of service. 6 people in line in front of us when we came in, and altogether it was almost an hour before we ordered and received our food.

The sandwiches are delicious, staff is courteous, helpful, and friendly. I have a picky eater at my house and staff is always very nice about accommodating strange requests for sandwiches. Much appreciated. They are also nice about accommodating me even when I show up at the last minute to get food. Thanks, and I appreciate all of you!

Messed up our sandwiches twice in a row. The employee behind the counter asked what we would like. So my 12 year old ordered a foot-long. The employee was distracted and he said “I’m sorry what did you say”, so I spoke up and said a foot-long. Immediately after that I was busy helping my eight-year-old order his sandwich. After everything was done and over and we just paid, I look at my older kid and said “didn’t you get a foot long?” He didn’t speak up when he saw the 6inch bread because this is the age were we are actively trying to get our kids to order for themselves. So we went back to the register and told them what happened. They voided my payment for $16 and then had me re-pay for $21 even though they messed up. THEN, they made the wrong sandwich for the extra 6inch. My kid wasn’t impressed with Baja chipotle on his meatball sub. I wouldn’t even be making a review if they wouldn’t have messed up my food the last time we came in. I know mistakes happen but I’ve lived here for almost 10 years now and they just went through a remodel. I hope it smooths out since this is ONE out of THREE places to eat in our small town.
