Never had an issue with my sandwich but everyone time I would grab a pop from cooler next to the fountain. Once Im back in my dorm room, my pop would be weirdly easy to open and not where you had to put muscle into opening it. Ive check to make sure that the cap was still sealed like it was never opened yet. It seems really weird.

I’m really not sure what to say. I came in and got a Chicken salad WRAP. This was not a wrap, it was on flat bread the smallest excuse for a $9.00 wrap i have ever seen! Will never do this again!! I have pictures of this pathetic “wrap” if Management is interested

I literally just walked out of this subway. Extremely rude and lazy employees. The guy literally told me I couldn’t choose the type of cheese that I wanted on my dippers. I was willing to pay extra and it would have taken no additional time. Worst employees I have run across in the entire country. I travel for a living so I speak from experience here. Just wow, horrible.

Called in an order at 5:30pm. Ordered the assorted lunch box from the catering menu (12 sandwiches) told them I’d be by about 8:30pm. When I got there, was told that the order needed to be placed the day before to ensure there was enough bread. The bread rack was full of bread. There was not a shortage of bread!! Long story short, they did not fill my order, nor did they call to advise they weren’t going to fill the order.
These sandwiches were to feed a work crew who had been doing a good job. Subway in Iowa Falls failed miserably!!!!! Evidently they didn’t need the business or my money.

Went today to have me a delish fresh sandwich from here & Boom I got hit with an Amazing Employee that was popping with delightful personality He is the Best !! He totally brightened my day..I wish I caught his name, I’ll be sure to get it & drop it in the next review because he needs to be known for his Awesomeness…

They have taken away Spinach wraps, they have wheat in the chicken teriyaki sauce which I can’t have.
And they have a new staff
With Travis back as being manager, I’m not sure about it.

Good food, usually good service. Went in this time though and they had one person working at 730. Took us 25 minutes just to get to the counter. Poor guy working was doing his best but was swamped. Managers need to stop sending people home. Subway can afford to have two people working!
