Ordered a meal for delivery to the Distribution Center (HyVee has a collab or somethin going where Subway delivers to the warehouse) at 10:30 AM, to be ready at noon (lunch break), they have been late before but not too late to be unable to understand their side. This time it was 12:15 and still nothing but the email told me it was ready at noon. I call the store, they assure me its being bagged and will be ready momentarily, come 12:20, lunch break is over and still nothing, the warehouse guard shack said they’ll let me know when it eventually comes, it never came. My shift ended, I head to the store to try and figure stuff out with a manager to find out what went wrong, and surprise surprise, THERE WAS NO MANAGER, AND THEY TOLD ME TO COME BACK TOMORROW.

Took them 30 minutes to do an online order, 15 minutes past when it said it was ready for pick up. I watched them continue to take customers that walked in the door vs. finishing my order that was already half made on the counter.

Kids working there acted like they wanted to be somewhere else. I walked out mid order when the young man rolled his eyes at us for wanting more than one sandwich. Good luck staying open with this kind of service.

The workers were very rude. Lady in front of us had something wrong with her online order and the worker said that since she ordered online and already paid there was nothing she could do, didn’t try to accommodate her or help her in any way.

Got a foot long tuna sandwich. Unfortunately they ran out and had to make more. Good thing I got lettuce, tomatoe and onion on it. That was what I ate on half of my sandwich. So little tuna that I couldn’t taste it. Won’t order that again.

The people working there were clueless. I was the 2nd person in line and they gave my sandwich to the lady in front of me. After I got to my car and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich I took it back in to have them make me a new one. The girl working there said we won’t charge you for this one since you already paid. Really Capt. Obvious?! Coming from the same girl that was looking for the other lady’s sandwich while I was in line forgetting that she had put it in the toaster. SMH

I tried to order on line. Did that with some difficulty. The problem is you can not call this subway. You get the fax screech. I needed to be able to ask some questions. So fir service they get one star food is fine.
