I am writing to report an incident that occurred during my visit to your Subway location this afternoon. The service I received was both unprofessional and concerning from a food-safety standpoint.
While preparing my sandwich, the employee asked which vegetables and condiments I wanted. After I told him I would like a small amount of mayo at the end, he removed the vegetables he had already placed on my sandwich and set them directly on the counter. After adding more mayo, he proceeded to put those same vegetables—now contaminated from the counter—back onto my sandwich. This was extremely unsanitary and made me uncomfortable eating the food I had ordered.
Additionally, when I paid for my meal, the employee tossed my change toward me instead of placing it in my hand, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
I am bringing this to your attention so the issue can be addressed, as this experience does not reflect the standards I expect from Subway. I hope appropriate training or corrective action can be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers.

Don’t know who the older pierced Chinese dude is but, horrible service wile we were sitting and eating he insulted 3 people. Having 1 person just walk out. And the poor new girl working there RUN cause if he treats his customers that way you know he treating her worse

Ordered online, new chicken hot honey. Hardly any chicken, guessing they were running low and didn’t want to get more or they didn’t have anymore. Either way soggy with Hardly any meat. Don’t do it, save yourself $12. Side note- sandwich was cold.

When I visited on Saturday, it was during the Super Nationals, a week long dirt track racing event. Even though it was busy the young woman that must have been the manager or lead worker was training some younger women. She handled herself very professionally and was patient and kind to the young ladies. She was pretty much amazing. The trainees were gaining confidence and learning the correct way to make sandwiches and deal with customers.
My sandwich was good and they were very accommodating when I asked for it to be toasted extra and for extra cheese. It was a pleasant experience all around.

Went in to grab a bite to eat. I was only one. Waited 5 min. With no help. Someone mopping looked over back wall to see me standing there she then just continued to mop with no words or maybe stopping to take my order. I will never go there again. Very poor service.

Took 25 minutes for the worker to make 3 people’s sandwiches, including mine. She moved very slow, checked her watch, and started turning off lights before even acknowledging me. There was still 45 minutes before they closed.

Got nothing, stood there for 10 minutes, 3 employees looked at us and said nothing wrong were the only ones in the store and drive through..wasn’t busy didn’t get anything…walked out….went to the other subway in Boone….the worker was nice but the manager had her kids in the back which is a health code violation and shouldn’t have been there behind the counter. I’ve worked at subway before customers come first don’t bring your kids and don’t ignore customers. Do the right thing its not that hard
