The food itself was fine, but the service during my visit today (1/29 around 12:30 PM) was incredibly disappointing. While I didn’t catch her name, the shorter, older woman working the counter created a very cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. It wasn’t just my experience, she was noticeably short and “snooty” with multiple customers. She gave a gentleman behind me an attitude just for asking a price, and was unnecessarily sharp with a woman who politely asked how to best share her order list. I’ve never had a negative experience here before, but this employee’s attitude made for a very uncomfortable visit.

I do believe the store needs an overhaul! Now that the fourth time I have received dry crusted bread. Even asked if bread is fresh and was told yes. I had worked for Subway for 4 yrs, 2 under Asst. Management and know what fresh bread should be. Not too sure if they are rotating the vegetable pans daily as should be and I question the freshness of the meat as it doesn’t have much flavor. I have given them 6 tries but I’m done now. Will wait for Jimmy Johns to come into town. I can order my sweet onion sauce on line and build the sandwich at home. Management-get your crap together.

Paid $11 for a $5 sandwich and then they barely sprinkle any cheese on it like it’s the Great Depression and we’re rationing.
Also the entry will bottom out your car if you don’t use enough.

The place was very dirty. Mud on floor tables were all dirty, had to clean one off to eat. Would not suggest to eat there. It was 9 am in the morning. Very dirty.

I was very upset with the fact that they got rid of their tomato and basil wrap or any other wraps except for plain flavor. I can’t order a whole sandwich because all that bread makes me too full and I get sick so the wrap was perfect but I only like the tomato basil. So now I just can’t eat there which is horrible cuz I love that place otherwise.

Yuck. Just. ..yuck. Pre-Covid, the food was okay. Not great but okay. Post-Covid? No. Not good. Chewy gummy bread, the lettuce tastes like chlorine, the ingredient display looked terrible, and it was obvious that the staff hated their jobs. I don’t know what happened to food quality and customer service, but it must have gotten sick and died. It’s entirely possible, because I doubt that sandwich making table was at temp to stop them from getting sick anyhow. And also try and ignore the build up on the soda machine nozzles. And the guy with sweat dripping everywhere, I’m sure none of it got into your sandwich…
With a new McDonald’s currently being built, you would think that these other fast food restaurants would step up, and try and gain some customers. “THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING SUBWAY!” Someone belted out in a monotone hurried voice. It sounded like a lie. I’m pretty sure they weren’t thanking me, they may as well have been saying “SORRY FOR CHOOSING SUBWAY!” Never again.
