This was my 2nd time at this location due to my son’s participation in the Iowa Music Festival. Both times were superb. The couple who run it are the sweetest. The store is clean and the food was fresh.

I ordered food ahead of time for pickup. I had ordered a steak and cheese wrap. When we picked up the order and got home I opened my rap the steak was cold, the rap was not wrapped properly it was left open on one side a lot of the vegetables the meat and the cheese fell out, it had spinach on it which I did not ask for. I called and spoke to a staff member named Stephanie and inquired about the meet she said that they do not heat up steak. When I tried to ask her about it she was rude and I asked when a supervisor would be in so I could call and speak to them. She said I don’t know you’ll just have to call back. I said can you please check the schedule and let me know so I know when to call back and she refused and just said I would have to call back some other time. I definitely will not return to this Subway location because this is the way that this is ran. This is NOT the first time this has happened.

My first time ordering at this location and my first time throwing away food from Subway. It just tasted off, like the meat was old. I took three bites of my sub and tossed it in the trash. Also, they packed our subs in a Walmart bag.

Had not been in a Subway in quite a while. The gentleman behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer. Very accommodating. Wheat bread on my Italian sub was unbelievable. Prices have definitely gone up. Fast food is no longer affordable. We were eating on the run while driving back to Kansas City, so the price wasn’t that big a factor. All in all, it was a very good experience.

I went in for a quick dinner for my drive home. The guy behind the counter seemed like it was a bother to make my sandwich. He asked one word questions in a slightly rude manner. I wanted a wrap, but they were out. When I told him what bread I wanted, his response was” size?” I could understand this if he was busy, but no one else was there.

The employees were quick and friendly. My sandwich was fine. The tomatoes are always so sad looking but that isn’t the employees’ fault. I’m leaving four stars for the great employees and one star less because of the poor quality of produce.
