The service was fast and incredibly friendly. She was helpful in providing suggestions and patient with my indecisiveness. I wish I would’ve got her name to tell the manager how good she was at her job. The cashier was very nice and provided fast service as well. If I lived here, I would definitely support them regularly. I got a 12″double tuna and a pizza salad sub 12″, and it was perfect with fresh ingredients and bread. Job well done.

Dropped out food but remade it. They also keep their meatballs in a microwave instead of a warmer. It was scalding hot and burned my tongue. Should definitely be more careful with the food. They just pick it up by hand to toast it.

Let me start by saying I ordered A LOT. I highly recommend going to the subway on Adventureland Drive instead of this one. It is a different franchise owner and it shows dramatically. This Subway’s customer service is not great. I’m not saying they’re rude or mean but it’s obvious the training is that the restaurant is more important customer. Ranging from different things. For one they are consistently out of chocolate chip cookies at least two hours before closing and refuse to make more. I definitely get the vibe that the owner stipulates that if there is a cookie left at closing, they will go out of business. Online orders that don’t come through on their receipt properly but show properly on the app that it was fully paid for and they will only honor what comes through on their receipt even with proof of purchase. I generally order 5 sandwiches at a time and it does feel as if it’s an inconvenience. My first visit to the Adventureland Drive store was so pleasant that I am now willing to drive the extra few minutes to give them my business.

I was not impressed. Subway used to be pretty good, but the sandwich I got had different meats on it and the roast beef tasted strange. I took it off, the rest was ok, but not great. Also, Subway needs to carry more than just Provolone and American cheeses. Try offering Swiss cheese.
