NEVER ORDER ONLINE! I’m not sure if it’s incompetence or malicious at this point. I asked for no sauce and the sub is so drenched it’s disintegrating. I didn’t even take a bite. I just threw it out. I’m never returning because I have never once had a good sub from here.

You could forget the onions, mix up the bread and thats totally an opps and I get it. I worked at a sub shop and made plenty of mistakes. But if I order double steak and I get double chicken, that’s so silly it has to be intentional. Not ordering online anymore.
