Now this is how a Subways should be – it was crammed pack with customers and the two workers bustled out fully loaded subs with what they had on hand. Excellent customer service and great tasting meal over all!

I absolutely love Subway although this store doesn’t have my vote and I will not be back. I use the online order feature to get some additional deals. The last three times my order has not been good. One I didn’t get the meat on my sub, the next the bread was so hard, I had to take it off and today they put so much dressing on the sub (I asked for it on the side) that I had to take most of the toppings off to even eat it. There is no attention to detail and staff just don’t care.

The service is good when you’re standing there in person but when you try and order over the phone its a hit or miss and most of the time a big miss. Ive tried calling 10 times once. Ended up having to drive there thinking it would be packed. Only one person was in line so i decided to call while standing in line the phone didn’t even ring. Like they unplug the phone when they dont want to deal with people anymore.

we went to get two subs and we asked for extra cheese and the girl working put on enough cheese to still leave a mouse hungry ( we still got charged for extra cheese). Then there was a couple waiting in line behind us and they asked what they were getting. The lady replied with a pop and some cookies. They moved in front of us and took the last of the cookies that we were going to purchase. I feel they should have had the couple wait instead of cutting in line in front of people who were there first, while our subs were being made by one lady working, the phone was continuously ringing and they didn’t even bother with it. They also left our subs in the toaster over for 30 seconds after the timer went off, causing them to be more burn than we would like. while our subs were being made the lady who was making them, walked away and helped the customers that were behind us getting the cookies and the pop. Customer service was very slow and crabby.

I walked in to get two subs, and was in a very good mood, and the two men behind the counter seemed like they were kind of in a good mood, but a little cold. That doesn’t bother me though because some people just aren’t as warm and friendly as others; however, when I got to the register and they were just wrapping up my subs, I saw the picture of the foot-long cookie and asked if they had them because you don’t see them out anywhere, and he said, “No, no, yes, no, and then finally yes, so I said, “Good, I’ll take one then.” As he’s wrapping up my last sandwich, he actually says to me, and I quote, “You might want to order the cookie BEFORE you get to the register next time.” I was really embarrassed because he said it in such a rude and condescending way that I stood there stunned trying to process that he just spoke to me like that. They were not busy. There was no one in front of me when I came in, and there was one guy who came in when my subs were half made so as I thought about it, I got mad and I asked him why? I asked why? He babbled on about something with the oven and what not, but I couldn’t really understand him. So then, when he came back with the cookie, I said to him that you always order the cookies at the end when you pay and again, very condescending and rude, he said, “It just makes it really hard for the two of us to work back here because I am constantly in his way , and it’s just a mess.” But the way he said the first comment was truly embarrassing. This is the second time I’ve been treated badly in there by someone with an attitude, so I may go in there if desperate just because it’s the only Subway around, but I think I’ll just order online and pick it up at the window. First of all, how are we supposed to know that? Secondly, why do they have a big sticker introducing the cookie right next to the cash register if they don’t want you to think about it and then order one? I’m just tired of people talking down to other people and then expecting a tip. And they are expecting a 15 to 20% tip for making our sandwich. He’s getting paid to make the sandwich, and I don’t mind tipping if they’ve been nice and took care of us well, but when he talks like that to me, I’m not leaving a tip. And the thing is, all he had to do was say, oh, we have a new system back here so the next time you come in, it helps us out if you order your cookie in the beginning so we can heat it and not hold up your order. At least that way they’re making you feel like they’re doing it for you, not like I just made his whole night a wreck. I just can’t tolerate condescending rudeness, especially when you’re being super kind to someone.

Said they couldn’t fix my messed up order. Any where else would just give me some free stuff and say sorry

I always have amazing experiences at this location, but tonight was phenomenal. I’ve always had sensory issues, especially with food and I got distracted talking to one of the wonderful ladies behind the counter and forgot to ask for light mayo. After coming back to my car and realizing my mistake I came back in, and they were wonderful about it. Made me a new sandwich quickly and were very lighthearted and kind about the whole situation. This is my favorite location I’ve ever been, their employees are truly amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The ladies working this morning, one of which was a new employee, were able to quickly put together 15 subs and a veggie platter for my sport’s team. They worked graciously to provide for my request. This is the best Subway!

I had a fantastic experience here yesterday. I had ordered a sandwich online and used tokens during my purchase. While submitting my order, I received an error and it looked as if my order had not been submitted as it was not in my history. However, I noticed my tokens had been deducted on the app, so I looked at my bank account and saw a pending charge. I went to the location and was greeted by a very nice employee. I explained my situation and they then apologized as my order had not come through on their end. Another employee came up from the back and told them to go ahead and make my sandwich and if my order came through later they would void the original for me. By now they were getting busy with other orders, but both employees were incredibly nice and pleasant the entire time I was there.
This morning I looked in my bank account and not only did they do what they stated they would, they also refunded my in-store charge and charged me the lesser amount to account for the tokens that I used on my original mobile order.
I don’t live near Powers, but I would stop in again when I’m out that way just because of the experience I had with the employees doing extra to make sure I got what I needed. Kudos to them!
