This Subway restaurant in Negaunee is a great option for a stop on your way out of town if you are heading south or over to the West End of the Upper Peninsula. It’s always very clean, well-maintained, and the staff greet you when you walk through the door. You can expect a typical Subway experience here, with fresh ingredients and a made-to-order sandwich right in front of you. Prices are on point with other Subway locations, and they overall do a great job.

I ordered from the subway app and had my husband pick up on his way home. He had no idea how many subs I ordered so when he seen one bag with a receipt and my name on it he grabbed it and went on his way never questioning if there may another bag until he got home and I asked where the other subs were. We weren’t about to drive 30 minutes back to get the rest of our dinner. It would be nice if they would put the whole order all together into one bigger bag like they do at other subways. Other than that the food was good.

We ordered two of the new Garlic Aoili chicken footlongs in the app. I picked them up and drove back home.
We noticed that there was a random cookie in the bag. We didn’t order it so we didn’t pay much attention. The subs were pretty bland and I thought there was no sauce.
Which turned out to be the case. The cookie had pencil written on the wrapper “Out of Aoili”. When I picked up the subs and was acknowledged, they should have asked if I wanted a side of a couple dressings/sauces. I did the review and got a very insincere generic response from the store manager about “how things are difficult during the pandemic”.
Good customer service shouldn’t be difficult. This literally had nothing to do with the pandemic and everything to do with how operations are done at your location. And with the app the you can’t be told that things are out when you order.

Where to begin? Like most ff places, the quality and accuracy of your order seem to come down to WHO is working, sadly. No consistency whatsoever. We ordered on a Saturday (Negaunee Subway) morning and the young female who waited on us was completely clueless. I echo what another reviewer said about it being hard to find anyone who wants to work anymore, but I’m starting to think these people don’t receive ANY training. That’s got to be what the problem is because building a sandwich is not rocket science….and a Footlong PRO should come with – hello – DOUBLE protein. Just, WOW!

We placed an online order for pickup. It wasn’t day when the app said it would be, but they were slammed with online orders and the two women working were working hard! They unfortunately had other customers who were not patient. Keep up the good work ladies!

Staff members were so rude. Subs were made wrong. Didn’t get all we wanted on our subs. We ordered them online to receive points. Never again, you need to watch what they do when making your food.

3 strikes and your done! Last 3 times ordering here, 3 messed up subs, yeah it’s hard to find people to work but, let’s agree making a sub isn’t rocket science. Guess I’ll have to start driving to Marquette if I want a correct sub…
