Stopped in to this subway for a quick lunch with the family. Food was normal subway food but the facility needed some cleaning. Tables were dirty and bathroom needed help.

The restaurant was extremely clean when I came to eat here. I got the elite chicken and bacon ranch sandwich, toasted, and it was extremely flavorful and delicious. The employee at the counter was very friendly as well, and made my order perfectly.

The Subway on Presque Isle was very ruid workers. Told me they didn’t have same deals as the Subway on Washington Street. I saw ad on TV was not true. I won’t be back at Subway. Also many flies all around food.

I won’t lie, I feel like it’s pretty rare for me to give out five stars, yet when I went here the other night it was only my second visit since before Covid hit, as back then I was not impressed with the store. However my last two trips what a turn around. Both times I’ve gone in there, there wasn’t anything that I saw through the deli glass that didn’t look edible. All the meat and vegetables looked fresh and were in clean containers. That hasn’t always been the case. I will be back and I highly suggest the store on Presque Isle.
Kudos to the Manager and her Crew for what in my opinion was a pretty dramatic turnaround and also maintaining it.

10/10 would recommend. Had some high school/college aged kids. She mentioned working there with him as her trainer. they were hilarious and made epic subs. We were there around 8pm. Burgundy and rainbow hoodies. Give these two kids a raise Just passing through but they made it worth it. Best subway experience Manager give them some compliments please

This Subway is the BEST subway in the entire Marquette area. The staff treats your sandwich as if it is a work of art and ensures that everything is made to your liking. We will frequent this location over others even though it is out of the way!!

Ive had multiple bad experiences at this location, but I kept going back because they’d get new employees. Shoutout to the blonde guy working today who had an attitude. Ordered a pickup today so I could grab my lunch on my way to work. I ordered at 11:45, said it would be ready by 12:10pm. They were busy and I understand, so I waited by the pickup area. More and more people came in so I got in the actual line. When it was my turn I said I had a pickup, he told me I needed to wait and have others go ahead of me because my order was for 12:10 and it was 12:05 and that it’s part of a rotation. I just asked if he could make it as I was standing at the counter because I was going to be late for work, otherwise it just needed to be canceled. He then coped an attitude like I was such an inconvenience and made it. Mind you my order was lettuce, chicken, and a couple vegetables for a “salad” that took less than 2 minutes to put together. I don’t need the attitude, will take my business elsewhere.

I ordered online for curbside delivery. On the subway app it said it would be done at 6:50 pm. I got here a few minutes early in case my sub got done early. There was one customer inside when I got here. Since I have been waiting for my sub five other customers have walked in, got their subs, and left. While my order said it was “ready” at 6:50. At 6:45 I hit the “I’m here” button on my mobile app. So it is now 7:10 and I have been here 20 minutes waiting for my food and still haven’t gotten it.

This is the absolute best Subway we have ever eaten at. The sandwich was perfect. The employees are VERY well trained. We will an extra 20 miles just to eat at this Subway instead of others in the area.

The fact that all they do is make sandwiches, but can’t listen to the person while they are ordering to know what the person wants makes it the worst subway in the area. It doesn’t help that the make that is currently working uses terrible attitude while making the sandwich. Using phrases like mmmhhmm and scoffing makes it the least friendly place in marquette. Do not go to this subway. They are always terribly understaffed and then get cranky at the customers like it’s our fault that we are hungry.
