placed a mobile order at 2 and it was supposed to be ready in the next 20 minutes. took them 30 minutes after the order was placed to get my food out, had to wait inside and watch them ring up multiple customers while my food sat on the counter next to the register for ten minutes before they put the subs in the bag.
food was cold by the time i got home and i live 2 minutes away 🙁

This place “opens” at 9:00AM on Saturdays. I stopped at 9:06 and there wasn’t a sole around and doors were locked.
Even when an employee shows up it’ll take them 15+ minutes to prepare & get ovens up to temp to make anything.
Employees can ruin a business in a hurry!

go to the Subway by the Dome instead. the bigger ladies (not trying to be rude, i just don’t know their names) need to be fired for the way they conduct themselves. not only are they terrible to the customers but they’re awful to the younger employees who work with them.

Missed half the topping on all 3 sandwiches, missed add ons for kids meal and didn’t pick up the phone after 4 phone calls.

Do not recommend with kids ordering in the store: one of the workers had no patience with my little brother that just turned 13 today (which was his birthday) I know he wasn’t paying attention a little and it was busy in there but c’mon really?
And, they messed up his sub 🙁
Just get it together there Subway on Washington, he’s just a kid. Especially on his birthday. Will now go somewhere else or ordering on the app now.

Literally the worst subway in town, maybe the state. Theres a few good workers, but for the most part its always slow with an unprofessional sideshow feeling.
Talking about me while im literally infront of them, bickering and prioritizing things that don’t get the customer out the door.
Only continue to go because its the closest thing to my work for breaks and I’d like to think its just been a couple bad days..
Last time i was ready to be checked out and instead of cashing me out the employee started to put veggies on the sandwich behind me while im standing with food and money in hand..
Today they had to stop making my food to re stock something they didn’t currently need..
This is a long winded review but i still spent more time in that store trying to get 6 items on a piece of bread.
Also notice they haven’t replied to a single review

We don’t get to go out often, that’s the way that it is many people in this state.
The customer service of Elizabeth yesterday was horrible, and just blatantly rude.
She or he was arguing with me and my wife.
But also the trainer who was a kind obvious woman.
This person was horribly bothered about me and my family.
Wife and two kids.
Ordering sandwiches.
We will be filing formally through Subway.

I did an online order, I picked the food up fairly shortly after it was ready, grabbed my bag wasn’t greeted, which is fine there was customers. I ordered 2 foot longs and a pizza the toasted sub was warm, the pizza was semi cold, and I ordered a chicken teriyaki not toasted, my chicken was very cold. Hardly any sauces on the subs. Overall very disappointed
