Went here on multiple occasions and got a footlong sub. I got nothing on it except pickles and asked for more pickles as there were only about 10 on the sandwich and got told they can only give me six pickles or risk losing their job. Every other subway I have gone to has never heard of this before. When mentioning that the last time they replied with how they work here and how the policy changed. Gwinn store.
On top of that the employees were a bit rude especially the one who was questioned about it.
For $10-$13 for subway getting no other toppings on my sub when other people get a ton of different things nothing but extra pickles should not be an issue.
The building was also not very clean.

Would never recommend going here, there’s a small chance you might get an okay-ish order but it’s definitely not worth the time/money to take that chance. I’ve gotten three subs from here using the online ordering, the first one had barely anything in it, it was 80% dry bread. Thought maybe I just picked a bad sub, so I gave it another try, second one had multiple hairs in with the meat. The third was one someone else had bought and brought home, which ended up being so smothered in mayo and aioli sauce that it was inedible. I couldn’t even pick up half the sub without it falling apart because of how soaked the bread was. On top of that, every sub that was ordered was supposed to be toasted with extra cheese, was charged for cheese and only got 1 slice each and no toasted. It also takes them 45 minutes to make one sub if you order it online, even during low traffic hours.

Such Rude workers. The bigger dude with black hair shouldn’t work in customer service.

Ive placed many online orders through this place and im finally fed up with it. As someone who works in customer service I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. So when I got a couple of sandwich’s that were nothing like I ordered I just told myself they were busy. But this place is consistently underwhelming, the last 3 times I’ve ordered the great garlic without the garlic sauce on it and they put it on anyway. Today I placed an order for the champ, and I specifically asked for a lot of sauce, well what do you know. It was dry, so I called the store and the employee Ann I believe her name was, she was belligerent and combative in her tone the entire phone conversation. And I told her I didn’t wanna be that guy but when your paying 13$ for a sub you want it to be quality for the most part right? Instead of being polite and professional she told me that I was being that guy and then offered me a side of sauce and then just hung up on me. This was the last straw, I will never go here again.

We came to town with the intent of using our coupons that came in the mail. We were informed that they don’t accept coupons at their location. I used one month’s prior, and was baffled that was the answer given to me. We paid full price and the subs were adequate, but l will never be back. People who live around that subway aren’t exactly overloaded with money, so to tell us poors that our coupons aren’t accepted, well, we can’t see paying full price for those ingredients in their quality and quantity and you will be missing out on our business which would have been fairly regular.

alyssa was horribly rude. swearing constantly at us, complaining about customers and was just overall disrespectful. her manager was equally as unresponsive and unprofessional. has to wait for 15+ minutes, with several other customers. disappointing service, disappointing people.

It was okay. However, my sandwich seemed to have a home taste to it then normal. It tasted as I had a jalapeno on my sandwich that I didn’t order. I had 4 glasses of water testing to cool mouth down. They didn’t put jalapenos on it, possibly dumped jalapeno juice on the banana peppers. Usually a good place to get a sandwich, just not a good day to have one yesterday.

literally why would they change the flat bread, and say absolutely nothing about it. if i wanted to each a salad on a tortilla, i would’ve and could’ve done that at home and saved 14$ lol. the sandwhich i got was a laughable mess at best, every single ingredient fell out of the cold, cardboard tasting wrap they tried to pass off as a flatbread. took away 5$ footings, now their stripping away their good breads to save on costs. i’ll be passing on subway for good

Was fine when I was in and watching our sandwiches being made , but did an on line order and ended throwing away all 3. All three had so much sauce on them the bun fell apart . The meat and cheese with extra bacon hardly had any meat and all the veggies, which was ordered with No veggies. I can see one sandwich being a little off but all three was very upsetting.
FYI- previous weekends when I went in and ordered my sandwiches were great .
