Jessie was so nice and helpful! I went to the other location first to order, but my sandwiches were messed up and they were out of everything! Jessie happily fixed the mistakes of the others, and provided excellent customer service in preparation of my other subs ordered. Thank you!

I order subway often and this one in particular handles DoorDash orders. Not only is my order always cold because they prepare the food 30 minutes before getting a dasher, but they consistently mess up and forget things like chips or cookies. My most recent order was not even mine and when I called to let them know they gave me the wrong sandwiches to help them before sending out my subs with another person, the woman was snarky and rude.

If you’ve been to a Subway before you know what to expect. This one is just like most others but I really nice representation of it. The service was good the food was fantastic and everything was as I expected. A great fast efficient stop on a trip through the u p and still save the few Cal.

The food was ok, it was still tasty, but cold in the middle of the sandwich because, for some reason, they were trained to toast your sandwich and then start the next guy’s sandwich. So, your sandwich sits and cools off too much. High turnover in employees as well, some of which have attitudes. I’m not blaming them, as I don’t think they get paid enough. Subway corporation dictates what happens in each location. Overall, it’s still a good place to eat, but there’s room to improve as well. My opinion, of course, 3 of 5 stars.

Male server who made my sub for me was rude. I observed the female server, next to him, wipe her nose with her gloves on while making someone else’s online order. The female server then answered the phone with her gloves on and returned making the same sub without putting new gloves on. I also heard people complaining about having to wait more than 30 minutes for their online orders.

2 small slices of meat on my garlic roast beef sub. Unfolded didn’t even cover the bread . Bread was hard. Hardly any veggies. turkey sub had same amount of meat. Very little veggies and bread was hard

I got it toasted and it’s not. The onion is cut super thick so that is all I can taste. Will not be going back. Jimmy John’s might be a little pricey but the quality of food is better.

Employees here are friendly and helpful. My wife and I got half our sandwiches heated and the other half we saved for later. Food tastes great, too. Clean place, good food, great service.
