I’m very disappointed in the order we received. My family ordered subway and I got a spicy Italian protein bowl the meats and cheese was just thrown in not cut up or anything. My dad order a wrap wasn’t cut in half and poorly put together. I sum this up to pure laziness do better subway.

Mobile ordered for 4:05 and had to wait 10 minutes while they helped customers who came in AFTER us and then handed us the sandwhiches that had just been sitting there. Also paid $1.50 extra for pepperoni on my turkey sandwhich and there was no pepperoni. Workers need to pay more attention.

If you order for pickup it will NEVER be ready on time. Extremely slow even through they have 4 people standing there including Bethy the manager. Ordered thru doordash pick up and they didn’t start our order until we showed up to get it. That defeats the whole point of pickup………smh

Extremely disappointed! I called ahead to place my order. They had a half hour to complete it, they were not busy and had 3 employees working, yet they hadn’t even started it when I arrived 35 minutes later to pick it up. I thought okay sometimes they get distracted, but when I got home and opened it up I discovered that they also messed up my order I called to let them know that my order was wrong and the only response I got was “well there is nothing we can do about it because our manager isn’t here” An apology would have been nice or a discount on my next order but I got nothing.! Not happy

Place was dirty. Bathroom, paper all over, floors, food under tables, tables, not clean, and worst of all food cases were a mess. Glass full of food. If I’d known it so dirty in here I’d eat some place else. Sandwich however was very tasty, and tea/lemonade I love.
