The woman working (I believe her name was Glenda) was so kind and didn’t have a problem with making my sub perfectly how I wanted. She even labeled our subs “Him” and “Hers” so me and my boyfriend could tell the difference in our subs, so cute! The store was clean as well.

They ran out of Italian Herb and Cheese bread, by look of the comments, again. Then place small amount of lettuce because they ran out instead of getting another bag and placing the proper amount. In addition they suppose to be toasted, it was more like slightly melted cheese. One of the employees was rude. Another customer came in at 6:58 when the close at 7:00 and did not serve them. I recommend everyone to take the 10 minute ride down to subway in town. The service is better and you get better quality of sub.

I wish I would have gotten her name, but the girl who made my sub today around 330-4 was amazing. Unlike the other subways in Petoskey when I asked you “lots of pickles” she actually put a whole fist full of pickles. Any other subway I have ever been to that I’ve asked for lots of pickles puts about 5 extra pickle slices. I used to avoid this particular subway because the staff was always so rude to me. But I am very much impressed. 10/10 will come in again. Great job!

I came in today around 10:30 and there was no italian herb and cheese bread left as lunch approached. Kind of a fail. But no biggy. It was the boy with glasses that was more of a concern. He made the food well enough. But he was epic unhappy in doing so. He should definately find a job outside of customer service, because he is not good at it. After I paid. He turned and walked away and it was as if I didn’t exist. It was almost comical how good at being bad at being friendly he was!
