Love Subway. But this place is totally a hit or miss, and the past few months the amount of items on your sub are few to barely anything. Don’t dare put “more” on anything ordering online. They will and I mean will put less. My sub barely had any marinara sauce on it I put “more”. I asked for “more” onions and spinach and didn’t get that. This has been on many occurrences on many different subs. I don’t get it. Past subs, barely any pickles or dressings. “More” remember means less…..we are talking about one line of mayo etc. I’ll keep giving this place a try because it is close to work as many co-works have the same issue, and it’s convenient at times. It’s kinda of turned into a standing joke between peers now “not” to go to this subway if you have a choice. These Slim Subs need an uplift because I think they train people to skimp on toppings to save money. There are a couple employees when asked for “more” they get nasty and give you looks as if you are a burden and bothering them.

Usually, this is a good, solid Subway, but yesterday’s experience was less than pleasant. When I arrived at the pickup window in the drive through, no one was there for several minutes to take payment or even let me know that there had been a delay. When I finally did get my sandwich, a lot of the spinach was either borderline or fully rotten. I was very disappointed to see the lack of attention to the ingredients being put in my meal. For almost $10 for a fast food meal, I really expect them not to put rotten spinach in my order.

Super clean, well stocked Subway. 2 young ladies waited on us. Friendly and efficient. Sandwiches were perfect. We are here from out of state. We wish our Subways near us were so good.

This was our first time visiting Petoskey and a Subway in the U.S.! We went around noon, and the food and staff (a young woman and man) were very friendly. The store was spotless, and the sandwiches were much tastier than those in Japan.Thank you very much!

I ordered through the drive thru yesterday which a screen where u have to select things and page through it. Having never used it it took a few minute (no big deal since there was no one in line behind me)Got to window to pay and i could clearly hear the cashier making fun of me for taking a few minutes to order. Really unimpressed by her and the whole experience. She was rude and unprofessional when she took my payment also. Not surprised the place was empty
