For some reason, the Subway app did not connect with the store. When I arrived at the store (2 hrs after I placed my order), I was told there was no order for me. I asked the employee if they would make my sandwich, but they indicated they would have to charge me. This would be a double charge since the Subway app charged my credit card for the first sandwich. Even when I had shown the confirmation to the employee, the employee indicated I was not going to get free food. When the employee was asked for their name or the restaurant manager’s name, I received this vulgar finger gesture. I detailed my experience to the Subway corporate office and the owner of this restaurant, but neither responded. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card with my bank for the sandwich that I never received. Good luck patronizing this Subway!

Ordered from the subway app tonight 1/20/21 at 6:10 pm we ordered two subs and a wrap the one sub was steak and cheese minus (spinach/ bell peppers) for some reason lettuce and tomatoe got added which wasn’t ordered.
The turkey bacon avacado wrap had a funny taste thinking It was the turkey not sure but boy i don’t wanna get sick from food poisoning not saying that will happen but i will update if that changes.
The gentleman was polite and handed me the order. The picture added is the steak and cheese with the added other stuff.

It appears hard for staff to manage online orders. Food was about average quality for a subway.
Overloaded bag so handles break, hot pizza and other hot food on top of cold sand which which compressed the cold sand which and made it gross and warm
Sad the online tip function based tips off the food cost and sales tax. Quite deceptive.

Ok, this is the absolute BEST fast food service we have experienced in a long long time! Our server # is 1994, she killed it! She customized our order, she was patient with my special requests, the veggie/food bar looked like a cover of “vogue vegetables”!!
