This is the worst subway. Just go somewhere else. Whoever bought it has cheapened out everywhere they can. Bread is not fresh, they were out of salami so he just “put more pepperoni on it”… the tomatoes were straight mush. All veggies were pretty rough looking but the tomatoes were a class of their own. $13 for a terrible sandwich.

I’m am totally done with this location. For over a year now the quality of the sandwiches is less than desirable. The staff does not speak English and the sandwiches are bad. I’m convinced the staff gives you less meat only to take the extra meat home for themselves. This is my last time patronizing this sandwich shack. The second the last time I was here I paid cash and watched the employee VOID the transaction and pocket my money. Dishonest folks working here. And speak English. I dont care that you are a vegetarian.

Not sure what’s going on. Ordered online at 4pm, Arrived at 4:30pm to pickup the sandwiches and the door is locked. Nobody inside. Called the number on the door and it’s disconnected. Called the number through the app and it just rang and rang. Stopped in the other day and the service was fine. I just want my $23 back, and an apology for wasting my time

Only one person during lunchtime rush. No air conditioning in 90+ degree weather. No ice in drink machine. The subs themselves were good, but the owners need to step up. When you pay $20 for 2 6″ sub meals, you should get a better environment.

Wish I could give 0 stars. New ownership is even worse than the previous owner. Staff range from not being able to speak English, to barely able to speak it, they put enough vegetables on the sandwich to give you the taste of a vague memory of a vegetable, soda machine is poorly maintained, and the syrup ratio is completely off. They are constantly out of things, especially new menu items. Trying to have your sandwich made here will be like herding cats while having your teeth pulled. I’m just gonna go to Firehouse. Thanks anyway.

I just need to tell you that Josh is amazing! I just saw him working ALONE for at least the last hour, during the lunch rush! There were 6 people in line ahead of me and people coming in for online orders but he stayed calm and got the job done with total professionalism. I’m sure he felt stressed but he didn’t show it. He seems pretty young too so I’m completely impressed! I sure hope this company appreciates him because he is EXACTLY the kind of employee you want!! He deserves all the praise and acknowledgement you can give him. And a raise! Wink, wink. Great job, Josh! Thank you!

The spinach on both my husband’s sandwich and in my salad was black and slimy. Concerning to me. We haven’t gotten sick yet and the food filled our bellies so I still give them 2 stars.

Our six year old also pointed out that the restaurant wasn’t very clean!

I work near this Subway and have been there many times. On the plus side, the inside of the restaurant is big and usually clean. On the downside, the employees are often slow and sometimes rude. There is much turnover in the staff; it seems like no one likes working there. What kills me is that often the restaurant will be staffed with ONE employee. That’s fine if there is only one customer. But if customers start rolling in the line gets very slow. I’ve waited in line more than 20 minutes, no joke, for my sandwich. It’s as if the owner is spending as little money as possible to keep profit margins high, despite the fact that customer experience is negatively affected. Overall: sub-par Subway but not some place you want to avoid at all costs.

Subway was exceptionally clean and well staffed. A mask is required to enter and place your order. You may also submit your order online for no contact. If you should dine in, which is allowed and request a refill on soft drinks, the staff will supply you with an additional new cup. The subs were very fresh and delicious. Will definitely visit here again.
