Friend and I came here to get food before work and ordered it online. We got there about 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and they were already working on our sandwiches. They then spent more than 10 minutes on our sandwiches. Half of my sub was obliterated but edible. My friends sub was not made with the right bread and had no meat on it. I ate mine because I’m not picky, but because there was more than one complication with the other sandwich, we had it remade. They then spent over 10 more minutes to make the sandwich and still made it wrong. We left it alone because we were already going to be late to work. We’ve had many problems with this location before, but this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had there.

I placed an online order at 1:25pm for 2 subs that were menu items and not specialty items and when we were told the sandwiches would be ready at 1:50, we arrived and waited 30mins before our sandwiches were done. While I was inside waiting, the employees were more focused on splinting tips at the register than filling online orders.

Tonight I went into the interlochen subway between 7:45 and 8:15 pm. As I was watching the sandwich artist make an order that was for door dash 3 sandwiches at this time she let me know it was going to be a minute as she needed to finish this order. I said okay that’s fine. The girl had a bunch of top money on the counter so she with her gloves that she was using to make the sandwiches picked up the money and put it back in the tip jar then grabbed the knife with the gloves still on that she handled the sandwiches prior with and the same gloves she touched the money with cut the first sandwich wrapped it and then went to look for more bread to finish the order and said that she needed to call the door dash order that was placed as she was out of bread. I said okay as I stood there and watched her she had the same pair of gloves on that she had used to make the sandwich’s with then touched the money and then the sandwiches again to wrap the. she picked up the phone and dialed the number with the SAME gloves on. Never once changed gloves or washed hands. She kept working on the 2 she was finishing for the order and repeatedly calling the door dash number. I finally said I have to go. I will never go back there. The cross contamination of germs on the food has me beyond disgusted that our food and the handling is not taking properly by people. This needs to change. People need to be educated on cross contamination along with safe food handling!!

Went in with my fiancée after running a fire call. I asked a simple question about getting a specialty sub but I wanted to replace the steak for chicken. I THINK it was the manager we were dealing with but we were met with a VERY rude response. This man seems to have no customer service etiquette. This also isn’t the first time that we’ve received less than mediocre service from this location.

Very Dirty!! Vegetables from other containers all over the place. More than half the containers were empty. DID NOT look fresh at all! Felt like I could cut tension between manager and employees. He seemed mean and not professional. As the nice lady wrapped up my subs, He ,the manager, placed a old dusty printer on counter right next to my UNWRAPPED subs. Zero tip. I’m a local, and il never go to that location again! NEVER.

I questioned why I stopped here after I left. Not friendly, dirty, asked me repeatedly what I wanted on a simple standard right of the menu sub. Toasted sub was cold by the time the person figured out how to ring me up, which I am sure was done wrong as well. Just why.

This is literally the worst Subway in the world and I have been to a bunch. Slow service. Unhappy workers. No one greets you when you walk in. Do not come here if you’re in a rush. 15 minutes minimum with 2 people ahead of you. I’ve tried to give this place several chances and it won’t happen again.
