I did a mobile order, walked in, grabbed my sub. The diet pepsi was empty, I let them know it was clear water and the employee said “okay.” I received a call from my daughter’s school there was an emergency, I rushed to Caledonia. IMAGINE my surprise when I finally sit down and my toasted sub WASN’T.. I have texture issues and spent $15 on a sub I threw away DRIPPING with mayo & mustard. TWO PIECES OF HAM?!? I added EXTRA PROTEIN. Will never return.

I’m really disappointed with the customer service I experienced. I was the first person in line and waited for about five minutes while a line formed behind me. When the employee came out, instead of helping me, he greeted and took the order of the person behind me as if I wasn’t even standing there. Then another employee also asked the person behind me what they wanted without acknowledging me at all.
It was extremely rude and made me feel invisible. Basic customer service is acknowledging the person who has been waiting first. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

There are rude, very slow, and not helpful. There was a family that was ordering subs and chips trying to pay with their EBT card because it is advertised that they are now accepting EBT, SNAP, and cash assistance. For some reason, their card didn’t work or they weren’t accepting it. They became rude and impatient with the family and threw their subs and chips back behind their counter. I left and said I would not be supporting this location no more. How disgusting!!!!

This Subway was a delightful respite from my travels. The young lady at the counter was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The young g man was also very helpful . I will return to this Subway every time I travel from Kalamazoo, Mi to Kalamazoo Ave in Grand Rapids, Mi. This has been my best experience anywhere. I will choose Subway near 68 th street on Kalamazoo Ave., Grand Rapid’s over the competition, Thank you for making my day positive .

The sub making was going fine until I asked for extra onions, black olives and jalapeños. I had to repeat several times. That i wanted more, and she was not trying to give what I asked for. They also was speaking another language between the two them. This is hands down the worst subway to get food from.

I tried ordering a toasted grilled chicken sandwich and they randomly brought the sandwich into the back of the kitchen. I heard a beeping noise from the back room. I left the building before a microwaved chicken sandwich could appear.

I had a really good experience at this Subway. The staff was very welcoming as soon as I walked in. The place was clean and everything looked fresh. My sandwich was made just the way I wanted, with generous portions of veggies and soft warm bread. Even though there were a few people ahead of me, the line moved quickly. It’s a solid spot for a quick and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be coming back.
