I recently placed an online order from this Subway location, but unfortunately my experience was not great. When I picked up my sandwich, I noticed that some ingredients were missing — for example, I ordered avocado but there was none in my sandwich. In addition, the bread I received was not the one I had selected when placing my order.
I usually enjoy Subway and appreciate the convenience of ordering online, but attention to detail is very important. I hope the staff can double-check orders in the future so customers receive exactly what they ordered.

Placed an app order and money was taken out of my account. I go there and they say my order is not in the system and refuse to correct the issue. Horrible attitude from the person behind the counter and filing a chargeback.
Insane how you guys get to keep money and refuse to correct the issue even when I have the order info. Enjoy the chargeback fee!

I did not even get to order food. I went to the drive thru as I had sleeping little kiddos. I waited. One car came up behind me, I waited, now two cars, then three…still, no sound from the box. Nothing. So, I pull around to the window where someone is eating; she finally comes to the window.. are you still doing a drive thru at this location? She says, yes but they are on a lunch break. I say, okay; but you should put up a sign or something; you have people waiting in line. She says, still eating, well, okay, I’ll just take your order. I said no, just tell the people who are waiting! She says, no, I’ll take your order. I told her again, just tell people you are on break…don’t make them wait. I left. Panera got my order today. Very disappointing.

Received some terrible service here. First, when asked about the online order, the girl cashier pointed at a rack, said “over there” and walked straight to the back without saying anything else. I had to wait for another person to come and correct my order since the cookies and drink were not there. I wanted my sub toasted with Italian Herbs and cheese bread, neither of which were fulfilled. The place was not even busy, how was it messed up this bad…?

It’s really hit or miss depending on who makes the sub. They have a high turnover rate it’s rarely the same person twice. I have got about 2 dozen subs from here in the last 18 months. I’ve had absolutely spectacular subs from here. I’ve also had Subs that I paid for extra meat and extra cheese and not get it. I let them know I still didn’t get compensated for it. Most of the time it’s good….. sometimes it’s awful… I’ve had the staff straight up ignore me and continued just making other sandwiches even though I’m standing there for a pickup order and continue to make sandwiches for the next person and the next person so adjust your expectations

Been here a few times now and they have one person working and they were very busy each time the employee did a great job calmly and patiently making all those sandwiches correctly with no help. I would not have handled it as well so the management is questionable but great employees

I’ve ordered the same sub for over 20 years. I ordered for the first time at this location today. I went through the drive-thru and 2 of my subs were COMPLETELY wrong. I was missing sauces, salt apparently was DUMPED on one sub because there was so much it rendered my meal inedible. Also they “can’t” scan your rewards code in the drive thru. I’ll never go back here, even though it’s 0.1 miles away from my house.

Need better help or employees and train them right. My sandwich had the wrong bread, it was squished almost like they squeezed it before then packaged it and it wasn’t toasted, not cut in half, and very distasteful. Not okay TO pay double what we used to for the same items and then to have them come completely messed up. It’s always this location too. Do better smh
