Horrible i order the sub of the day chicken bacon ranch. I took a bite and spit it out tasted like spoiled milk. So I ate some of the veggies off and tried a little more to see if it was infact the chicken it was went to take it back. The female manager decide to have a horrible attitude. And acted like it was an inconvenience we told her there was some thing wrong with the chicken and said I ate to much to even get a refund or different sub. Not even I’m sorry.

Subway is one of those places that you expect a certain level of “just okay”.
This is, by far, the worst subway I’ve been to.
I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and tried going a few times, each time worse than before.
Example: I was in a hurry, because I was late for a meeting, so I ordered on the app for myself and my kids. The app makes it fool proof, listing everything out. When I grabbed the order, I looked inside and explained that the cookies and drinks were missing (I ordered 2 “meal of the days”). In the end, he only ended up giving me one cup instead of 2 and I had my kids share it (bc I couldn’t be bothered, since I was late).
Then, I got to my meeting and started mixing up my protein bowl … only to find that they hadn’t put in any of the meat. So I just had soggy vegetables and sauce, in a bowl, for $11.
This is only one shining example of the few times I’ve tried to give them my business.
It would be slightly more excusable if it was a warm and friendly location, but it’s not.

Not sure what happened here but don’t trust online ordering. Paid extra for extra toppings which normally come on a sandwich and both were completely missing? $15 for one sandwich at a fast food place is absolutely obscene to start, yet they can’t even add the actual toppings that come on a preset menu item? Ridiculous. Also ordered ahead for a specific time and food was cold and clearly had been setting out for some time. That’s a health hazard at that point.

I had a pick up order that was accidentally grabbed by another customer. The staff quickly made me new food and were very apologetic despite it not being their fault. The manager/staff were great.

They have been out of main ingredients for a week and don’t seem to care. As mentioned in a previous review there is a small hand written sign inside the store that says out of onions, mayo, lettuce, provolone, & ice…. I ordered my sandwich online and they made it anyway without the above mentioned ingredients. $8 for a 6” with half of the ingredients ordered. Not sure how they are in business with the level of service provided.

What happened to this place I will never return ever since the new owners bought it it stinks in there and I’ve been getting the same sub for years and I’m telling you right now it’s not the same meat we’ll disgusting waste of money I actually thinking of contacting franchisee cuz they’re literally going to ruin subways same thing with the one on Fulton Street if you want to get sick eat there I know the meat is different I don’t know if they’re ordering different meat cuz it’s cheaper or if they’re just not taking proper care of it but I got a cold cut combo you could literally not break the meat apart it was like rubber never again don’t waste your money guys

Wow. I ordered a cold cut on the app. I asked for extra lettuce but they must be dyslexic because there’s virtually zero lettuce. When I picked up my sub I asked for extra lettuce because I really like a lot of lettuce on my sandwichthe guy who gave me my sandwich told me that he put a ton of lettuce on it. I guess his definition of a ton is way less then mine. Very disappointedmainly because when I picked it up I made sure he knew I really wanted extra lettuce. Very disappointed

Ordered on the app
Walked in to pick up 3 sandwiches to find a handwritten sign on counter saying “out of onions, mayo, lettuce, provolone, & ice”
No apology. No offer to make an edible sandwich out of the ingredients they do have.
3 ruined sandwiches and just an indifferent attitude from the employees.
Zero chance I’ll go back. I’m driving further to get a better product.

If you are an older person or any person and are having issues with the Subway app and goto this store with questions, just prepare yourself to be insulted and have your intelligence degraded and be accused of trying to get free food by yelling from management as your standing there with 3 other customers and your phone in your hand with the app open listening to management, as your standing there trying not to lose your cool? Then this is the Subway for you. I myself just left with no resolution and spent my money someplace else for supper. By the reviews I’ve read for this Subway I’m glad I’m not the only one complaining. Management needs to be fired. Especially the one dark skinned guy with the ear ring in his right ear and claims he remembers everyone. He is just straight up disrespectful and rude. I will not spend my money at this Subway as long as he is working there.
Update
In the last few months that I posted this I have spent around $500 between the Subway on Monroe and on Fuller and have not had a single issue. The Subway on Leonard St has lost my business.
