First I go here and wait 25 minutes for ny online order that should have been done before I got there. No one asked me if I needed help. Turns out, my order had pizzas, they were out. Instead of finding someone to take that off my order like an intelligent person would do, they just left my order on their counter behind the counter, and ignored me. So I waited another 10 minutes and then left. So I paid for subs I didn’t even get to eat. The last time I went, I saw the same clown behind the counter inside and he saw me. I was in the drive thru though. Someone else made our sandwiches, and it was gross. They folded my cheese in half for some reason, the subs were greasy, and just didn’t taste right. Could it be retaliation for last time? I didn’t call them or conplain, I just left. Didn’t even ask for my money back. This subway will never get my money again.

I am disgusted, I went through the drive thru at the Henry st subway today, the service was fine however when I got home I found my sub to be infested with long black hair. Not just on one side however the reason I noticed is the black hair sticking out of my sub when I first opened it (pictured below)

Could have been cleaner… staff didn’t seem to eager to make a difference though … food was OK I guess … nothing to write home about …. but on the plus side… I didn’t die.

Manager Paulette, if that’s even her name, was awful to deal with. She was rude, purposely sabotaged my order (she told me this herself) and hung up on me when I tried to discuss a refund saying that she just didn’t want to deal with me. She actually told me this. When I went in store and returned the food, asking for a refund, she printed a copy of my receipt and told me the refund was issued when it wasn’t. I waited for the refund but it never came. Very unprofessional and not how any manager should behave to a customer. This is not a lie, even if they try to deny it.

I ordered the Philly (steak) bit I feel they forgot the meat there was hardly any meat. I’m so glad there is a jersey Mike’s in muskegon it may cost a little more but aleast I get what I pay for plus they taste so much better. Good bye to subway .

I went to the drive-up at this Subway. The service was quick, and the server was friendly. I ordered the chicken salad wrap. It tasted good and had the extra mayo that I asked for.
