The manager and his co worker were so nice. They stopped their day and talked to me about my plans for college and being Christian. My food was also ready in a timely manner. You never know what will happen when you start talking to people.

They don’t ask questions if you want anything else on your sub or it you want different cheese on your sub. When you ask for a sub off of the list and then they don’t follow what is on the list. I use to love to go and get a sub but I might have to go to fire house sub or Jimmy John’s from now on

Placed an online catering order the day before for pick up the next day at 11:30am. Order was cancelled 20 mins before it was supposed to be picked up. Tried calling the phone number, does not work. Thankfully another subway went above and beyond to get an order completed for me. Do not use them for catering orders at this location!

I had excellent service the other day at this Subway. The employee who made my sandwiches, Joe, was very personable, friendly, and efficient. He also was sure to keep the food covered when there were no customers but ready-to-go quickly when I arrived. He followed all of the rules~wearing a mask, washing his hands before preparing the food, and keeping a clean area. The sub was fresh and perfectly made to my liking. This Subway will be my “go-to” from now on because of the great service from Joe and delicious food!

Ordered a Buffalo chicken, got shredded chicken instead of cubed, no hot sauce. Ordered 2 raspberry cheesecake cookies and 2 chocolate chip cookies but got 4 chocolate chip. Just tell me you don’t have my items instead of just making it. Also wrong bread. White instead of cheese herb

Not what it once was 10 years ago. Younger generation of employes need to have a better understanding on how to treat customers no matter how bad of a day they are having not saying everyone is rude. It’s not a happy environment like it once was. Of anything just smile and at least act like your happy to serve customers then go back to hating your job when we leave.

This location is trash, second time going at 15 to 12pm no breads made. Dude makes up my cheese steak sub and then aftercits ready, let’s me no their toaster oven isn’t working, and is baffled that I no longer want the sandwich. Never again here.
