My family of 3 were here today. 1/24/26 1:45pm. Was our first time at this location. We probably eat Subway a few times a month. There were 2 workers. (Which is typical I think) I have never experienced service so slow! Also started online orders that came in after us. Before starting our order. They were finishing up a person in front of us then worked on an online order then us. I ordered, they were out of cheese and had to run back, then my daughter ordered, out of the meat, ran into the back, out of clean knives then before asking my husband for his order, they started an online order. He decided to skip his since it was taking SO Long already and you could see they were out of the meat and cheese he’d get. Had to wait for one of them to wash some knives quickly, I question how clean they actually got. Tomatoes were mushy and didn’t taste good, the spinach also didn’t taste good.
We will never go to this location again.

Very slow service. At the time I got there I was second in line and I could see one online order for 3 sandwiches, the solo sandwich maker was telling people immediately that “it’s going to be a long wait” in an attempt to waive people away which she did. In the 40 minutes I waited for my food only one other couple got in line after me and 4 pairs of people ended up leaving.
Clearly lack of proficiency as she was moving sandwiches and then grabbing soup cups from the back and set on the counter (never used them for anything) then moved sandwiches back and forth. Continually went back and forth with online order instructions like it was super difficult, it ended up being three meat and cheese only sandwiches, they didn’t even have veggies or sauce. Anyway I had to wait on those for her to start my order.
Consistent with an employee overwhelmed, the veggie trays looked like they needed to be swapped out an hour ago, frozen to the side spinach, mushy tomatoes and dried cucumbers.
I’m not sure if it was her fault (acted/looked like she was new) or the manager for understaffing the shift at 1230 pm.
I’m genuinely curious, like I’m half serious about quitting my job to work here for 6months to get it in shape or something so subway…. DM me…

This establishment is clean and bright with sunlight from the many windows. The food is fresh and sandwiches are amazing! The only negative at this location is that quite often they do not have all the normal salad toppings for the subs.

Only one person was working in the store on 9/27/25 around 2:45pm. The worker there was complaining about working by herself, and then incorrectly made our two sandwiches. One was needing to have a spicy sauce on half, which was incorrectly added to the full sub. The second sub was a 5 meat Italian that only had 5 pieces of ham and no other meats on this. Not a good experience and would not return.

The most insane place I’ve ever tried to eat. Completely understaffed for the lunch rush. The 2 people working were the slowest moving humans I’ve ever seen, and seemed completely unfamiliar with the operations of a Subway. When I arrived, there were maybe 3 people ahead of me. 40 minutes later, I had my food. I guess they were trying to fill a large online order. But if you cannot efficiently accommodate such an order, DON’T TAKE THEM. Oh, and don’t order a regular fountain drink – they are out of cups (or couldn’t find them, I’m not sure which). I strongly advise anyone reading this to never attempt to eat here.

The employees are overwhelmed and undertrained. Employees also show zero sign of urgency. Out of several ingredients because for some reason the truck never “shows up”. I love 1/2 mile away from this subway and will intentionally drive past it to another location.

Today my husband and I stopped to grab a couple subs, there were 2 people working and it was very buzy, they did a unbelievable job at getting people taken care of as fast as they could, the 1 would welcome people and let them know she would get to them as soon as she could

Very friendly and attentive sandwich maker/cashier. Bread seemed stale or old. Very hard, not fresh.

The staff here are typically very nice and friendly but unfortunately, they do run out of toppings and food before they get their order in. I’ve ordered on Sundays and Mondays a few times and they’re missing items. In fact… They even ran out of bread once. It is not the employees fault. I believe it’s the owners for not being willing to adjust the inventory based on the time of year.
