I had an excellent experience at this Subway location and was very impressed with the overall level of service and quality. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and efficiently operated, which made for a comfortable and pleasant visit. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and met the high standards I expect from Subway.
I would like to specifically commend Mirra for her outstanding customer service. She was professional, polite, and attentive from start to finish, ensuring my order was prepared accurately and with care. Mirra demonstrated strong communication skills and a positive attitude, which made the experience especially enjoyable. It was clear that she takes pride in her work and is committed to providing excellent service.
Overall, this Subway location delivers a consistently high-quality experience. The combination of great food, a clean environment, and exceptional service—particularly from Mirra—reflects very positively on the team. The service was fast and friendly. I also got to watch them make their bread, which was cool. The food was fresh and delicious as always. I have zero complaints. They also have premade subs put out for sale towards the gas station side, which I’ve never seen before.

The experience was good, but the treatment of a person who speaks Spanish was wonderfully bad, a tattooed girl half past of short weight, she treated me but very, she attended me only for being a customer apparently they thought I didn’t speak English and made fun of how I could go to eat without being able to speak English, for God’s sake how can they have people attending a food place without handling even if it’s the possibility that those people know how to go is the work ethic… very bad very bad.

Can’t be bothered to changes knives between sandwiches. Just u and recite to whipe knife. Used knife on sandwich with mayo then proceeded to use same knife on my sandwich. OK. Let’s not think about common allergies.

I dont normally complain because I know food service is not an easy job coming from a food service background plus I know sometimes people are just having a bad day so I try to give the benefit of the doubt but this experience warrented this review cause being rude to children for no reason is ridiculous and uncalled for!
Id give negative stars for Service if I could, but since I cant I’ll put one star which is being generous. The two employees working were rude and you could tell they hate their jobs. Went in for 4 subs (Two of them literally only had meat on them cause that’s all my kids wanted) and the guy employee who was making them was outrageously rude. I asked him if my daughters sub could be toasted and he said I asked if she wanted it toasted and then proceeded to muble stuff under his breath as he was putting it in the toaster. Before I could even tell him what bread I wanted he turned his back to me to grab any bread he wanted Id assume until I said white then he got that one. Then I asked for a specific cheese and he rudely said we dont have that even though no where on any signs or anything that said they were out of it. Like fine you dont have that cheese im not picky but dont have an attitude about it. They both seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else then there and I get it I used to work in food service its not fun or easy but dont be rude or act like its an inconvenience that your customers who are ordering food at a FOOD PLACE just because you are unhappy about your job.

Shrinkflation and the End of a Business

The meat is so thin now that you can see through it and barely even enough to make up one regular slice of meat. Toppings were so sparse that I couldn’t even tell if I had lettuce and pickles on my sub. The bread was hard and stale. $60 for 6 subs.
I’ve eaten Subway for 30 years and this was the absolute worst of the worst.

It’s just laughable compared to how much meat you would get at Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mike’s.

It’s sad to watch an iconic business die a slow and painful death.

This is Steven’s Ole lady the assistant manager named Cassie was rude she mistaken my Ole man for being rude to her employee which he was not just his personality so I then proceeded tell her he’s not being rude . Not one time did she apologize for talking to him so rudely… the instructions to make our sandwiches were not followed, and when corrected is when Cassie said we were being rude. Several people in line were waiting because Cassie was busy doing online orders that came in after the guy started making our order. He was not getting any instructions from management and was clearly new. We also had a hair wrapped up in one of our sandwiches that was dismissed like it was nothing. Picture attached

Currently here. Literally everyone here is slow during dinner rush. Nobody is moving with any sort of want or need to get anything done, Line is completely backed up and my girlfriend is late for work because of it. Absolutely terrible. Management needs to step in and take control.

Only 1 out of the 3 employees there actually knew what they were doing. Visual shock from the other customers at how poorly and slowly the sandwiches were put together. My sandwich wasn’t even cut (no big deal) but it was balled up into the wrapper. I’m a regular and this is ridiculously often.

Came here to get food for the family after work and ordered 5 foot longs which I don’t think is to much to ask and Cassie who was supposed to be helping us goes “no go get a pizza” and the worst part is she was serious. Do not recommend going here ever and they were extremely slow
