Stopped to get a sub. “OMG” the guy tells me. I have a $65.00 on line order so I cannot take yours. It’s going to be a long wait. 2 people in the little office chatting away and Mr omg can’t stop to make a sandwich for a customer in front of him. I will never go back, and taking it one step farther. I’m contacting corporate since this wasn’t our 1st time hearing that on line orders are more important than a walk in. This place needs new management !!!!!!!

John deserves a raise!! We ordered 4 foot longs and a 6 inch sub tonight and he made every single sandwich perfectly! Great amount of toppings and he asked how much of each thing we wanted on each one!! John should be making the subs for the Subway commercials!! Thank you for a great dinner!

Big shout out to Tori!! Tori was friendly and patient. Not to mention she made an amazing sub. Got the $6.99 meal deal which was a 6-in meatball sub (sub of the day)with A drink and A side! Visited Sunday 9/22/24 between 12 and 2pm. Clearly, the employees here do not know what Subway University is, or they just don’t care, or their management sucks or all of the above! Here visiting from down state and everyone wanted Subway, so we go. As I’m standing in the line watching NO ONE wash their hands between ringing orders up, touching money, etc I also am noticing they don’t know what the heck their doing or their company has taught them to steal from their customers to profit the company!? Half the meat! I assume this is a franchise and maybe their trying to save money idk but a foot long sub comes with 12 pieces of meat, not 6! A steak foot long sub comes with 2 portions of steak, not 1 portion! The new flat bread does NOT get toasted and wash your damn hands! Not to mention their employee drinks on the counter behind them and the clutter and filth around them, all in the customers view. Sad. Coming from someone who works at Subway part-time, yall got a lot of work to do!!! Giving your customers half of what their paying for is stealing and wrong. Do better.

Another perfect example of how WESCO is destroying reputation of subway… most of the locations they own never have ingredients. This time placed an order at 1:30pm for 4:45 pick up… it is now 5:05 pm and they still don’t have the order made. Really what is the point of offering the service if your not even gonna start making the food until the person is in the store to pick it up.

We walked in around 9 tonight. There was one girl working the front and she was super attentive and sweet. She paid very close attention to detail, took her time to make sure everything was perfect and really took pride in the quality of her work. This was one of my best experiences with Subway. I think the girl was newer as she joked that she had trouble with rolling up the subs in the paper but she hopes to master it by her fourth week of working, but it’s better than I could have done. She made this experience better than I could have expected and she deserves a pat on the back at the very least for being an exceptional worker.

Stopped in last night and the customer service was horrible. The 2 employees seemed miserable and were rude to in-store customers. They were more concerned with online orders than the customers in line. Some of the food looked like it has been sitting out a while. Do yourself a favor and order a sub from the Pig Slice next door.

Can’t rate the food because I didn’t get served. Watched the worker take 10 minutes to make one sandwich for someone who wasn’t there. Second employee finally came out and just talked to the first. 5/23/25 @ 12:30 pm.

Best subway I’ve had in a loooooong time! Staff was friendly and fast. The Seating area was clean. Products were fully stocked and fresh. Bread was super fresh and so good. Don’t eat fast food very often, but will def remember this subway next time I’m in the area and need some food!!
