They notified they were missing ingredients online, then after order was placed online and we waited for pick up, was told they ran out of meatballs. The 15 min wait took about an hour. After we got home they forgot to add an entire footing sub. Also another sandwich was very incorrect. I called to try to get a refund for the missing footlong. But they didn’t know how to do a refund and offered to make the sub. I said no thanks to another drive and a long wait. Not going back again. Too bad because it’s only 5 min away.

Update: New owner, same story. I was really hopeful that the new manager was going to make changes. But it’s the same. Constantly running out of things, making mindless mistakes. Tonight they messed up our online order, wouldn’t refund us. They put the wrong toppings with the wrong meat. Said they are completely out of bread and to come back tomorrow with the wrong subs to exchange. They only had wheat bread to start with, so they couldn’t make our order right to start with. Also, they were flooded with condiments that were soaking around the wrapper into the bag. It was our dinner, so going back tomorrow doesn’t help tonight.
Under NEW MANAGEMENT!! If you haven’t been here in the last 6 months, its in the process of changing owners. And the new owner is working by herself to try and keep this open! The hours are little chaotic right now until she gets employees which is why I gave 4 stars. Our subs were fresh, the store was clean, and they had everything we wanted.

I thought ordering on the app would be easier and streamlined. However, they kept pushing back my order with new walk in customers, even after the app said my order was done. My sandwiches sat out half finished for what seemed like 10 minutes.

The Hamilton location has a manager working from open to close, many times by herself. Super friendly and efficient. The reason I’m leaving only 2 stars is because the outdated appliances don’t work. She has to apologize to customers who are rude to her even though it is not her fault. Pop machine does not work, ice maker does not work, microwave does not work, toaster oven does not work, you can only get cold sandwiches and customers are walking out in disgust. The owner obviously doesn’t care about his own investment??? He’s got a great manager, who cares more about that place than he does but her hands are tied. I’ve never seen a restaurant who can’t get appliances fixed. Absurd.

The Hamilton location has a fantastic manager. She is friendly and takes pride in her appearance which is an improvement from the previous manager. She works hard and keeps a smile on her face. However I was disappointed that I could not have my sandwich toasted due to the oven not working. Seems that a lot of the equipment was out of order. The owner should be taking care of that stuff right away. How can you feed people without a fully functioning kitchen? Also if they could be open on weekends again that would be awesome!

Work with staff on POS. I ordered a salad and got rang up for a protein bowl plus a footlong portion of the avocado (which wasn’t even measured out)…..I only received a 6″ amount of meat so was grossly overcharged.
Also, please make sure staff members are mindful and washing hands.

I adore the quick and friendly service that comes along with this place. The sandwiches are almost always incredible and the cookies (omg, the cookies ) are delicious. This place is great for a quick lunch break or an after-shopping snack. So glad Cassidy is getting more staff to help out!!

Horrible service. The bread on one of our sandwiches was rock hard. When we went to the counter to let them know, the clerk implied that it was our fault somehow. She claimed the other girl was new and was still training. I said that was a poor excuse, as how do you not notice the bread is rock hard as you are making a sandwich. The clerk proceeded to start yelling at us as we left. Never again.
