I ordered my food online. There was no cheese on either my sandwich or my son’s, my husband’s had the wrong cheese, and mine didn’t have the lettuce. I called the manager, and she had the nerve to argue with me since she made it so it HAD to be right. Here’s the proof. On the bright side, she did refund me.

The dine-in area needed cleaning. The staff was ill-groomed and lethargic. Only after taking my sub order did the server state “we’re out pickles again.”. No apology, no offer of a compensatory drink or chip. Meanwhile the ‘manager’ can be heard in back on a personal phone call, rather than out sourcing a 5 gallon jar of a high-demand ingredient from a nearby grocery store. The sub, minus the pickles was ‘ok.’

Jarin’s way has convinced me to just get Jimmy Johns instead. Dude slapped my dub together with no finesse and then over toasted my sub. I asked if it was burnt and he said “just a little.” Like okay my dawg, I’mma buy it and eat it because I’m not about to start this process over, but I’m not comin back.

This subway NEEDS TO BE CLEANED UP. The dining area NEEDS to be cleaned and wiped down regularly. Floor should be swept as well. Straws all over tea not working and pop all over. Nasty dining area makes you not even want to eat inside the dining area. Not 1 table wiped off and when I asked the worker to wipe my table off he took a “DRY NAPKIN” and wiped it off REALLY? I asked for a clean table meaning disinfect it with spray and cloth! I wouldn’t recommend this subway til they clean and KEEP dining area cleaned up!

would not recommend this location, the worst one i’ve ever been too. if you plan on ordering online, make sure to call ahead to see more than one person is working! because apparently they aren’t able to do online orders then, even if the store is empty?they’ll just cancel your online order and not even tell you why! but be careful when you call, cause when you explain what happened, they’ll immediately hang up. I even went into the store just to get some idea of what was going on, and the worker (some girl with purple highlights) lied to my face. she said “the phone was buzzing/the phone was ringing when i picked it up” well how come my coworker was able to call and have a conversation with you just fine not even ten minutes later??? i’ve worked at a subway for four years. i know how things are. i know how stressful it can be, but never have i ever lied to a customers face because i didn’t feel like doing my job. even the food is disgustinf. everytime ive ordered my sandwich is made wrong, cold even though its toasted, and just not appetizing. pretty gross

The young lady with glasses working 04/30/25 around 9:00 pm was so rude and disrespectful to me.
I was super patient with her the whole time, but she didn’t listen to what I wanted and my whole sub was wrong. She then proceeded to go on her phone WHILE making my sub with her gloves on, then went back to making my sub, (touched my sub with the gloves she was literally on her phone with). She didn’t put the right vegetables on when I specifically told her 2 times, then just dumped half the bottle of mustard and mayo and on when I asked for a LITE mustard and mayo. Absolutely horrible service here, wouldn’t recommend going to this subway in Grandville!

The person taking my order was very slumber and not talkative and when I he did talk I had to ask him to repeat everything because I could decipher his mumbling. Then when I open my sandwich which I watched him make was made correctly but a flat bread shouldn’t be rolled. It was a mess
