I eat here often as it’s convenient and priced fair. The staff is always friendly, courteous and takes pride in their service. They go above and beyond every time I order and always greet me with a smile and sometimes by first name 🙂 Even if something is out of stock they make sure to let me know prior to arriving from doing a mobile order. The manager is always helping when needed and have seen her interact with her employees as a manager should. Great spot to eat.

Watched the young lady make the first sub in my online order wrong. I called her out on it, and she stated she has a hard time reading tickets. She then proceeded to put the wrong sauce on the second sub, and again, i mentioned it to her, and she just offered to scrap it off. I just had her remake the whole thing. It might be better to drive to a different subway.

We came to this subway looking for some lunch while our kids were in an event. One of the guys was very nice and talked to us. The other guy was rude and had no customer service voice. He also day acting on his phone while Aaron did all the work. He may be new but this is unacceptable

Amazing food and people I caught their name if I remember correctly Jesse and trace. Always having smiles on there faces being so kind. They deserve everything and everything was made perfectly!!! 10/10 recommend. I was there a while ago. I haven’t seen them since. Sadly each time I am there I don’t see them anymore

On 2 separate occasions over the last 2 weeks (once at lunchtime and once after dinner) I’ve entered establishment to order a footlong meatball Marinara sub. Both times I was rudely confronted and both times was told they were out. Not that it will be ready shortly or in any time at all. OuT. From here on out I will venture out of my way to another business altogether. For franchise or corporate… whichever you may be, I’d suggest a team meeting or even a change in leadership as one such time it was a manager telling me yall were “out”. And not just “out” but it was followed rudely by “next” as in let me help the next in line. Maybe I would have opted for something different. That is awful customer service period. I won’t give it a 3rd shot. Subway may want to rethink how they are treating their customers considering its not the best sub shop option any longer. Out of all the names out there, you folks rank dead last (number 15 to be exact but not all are availablein our area). Look it up, and don’t let your business fall to shambles because of bad management. For others who follow me or happen to see this, if able, I’d try Jersey Mike’s for a great sub and Tony’s in Ferrysburg for anything Italian for a sub option. Both great and actually fresh and amazing customer service For anyone able to get to a Firehouse sub location, they make an amazing meatball sub

The young lady who helped us was very nice. But a worker was eating his food, was ask to help them, didn’t wash his hands and was eating while giving her a spoon and meatballs. Then was going to help someone order a sub but didn’t wash his hands, so my husband who is a manger at restaurant told him he needed to wash his hands before preparing food for someone after eating. He did wash his hands. But this is BASIC food safety and should be the standard of anywhere selling food to eat. They can do better.

Don’t bother going to this subway. I went there a 5pm on a sunday they were out of almost everything they had no cookies, I ordered a meatball sub they didn’t have any meatballs. Very poorly ran operation I’ll never make the mistake of going there again!!!!! I thought I would give them another chance BUY as I thought epic fail my girlfriend wanted flat bread they didn’t have any and again I wanted a meatball sub and they didn’t have AGAIN. This place might as well close!!!!!!
