This was the best experience we have had yet at a Subway. Food was fresh and well stocked. Portions were huge and staff was pleasant and happy to see us. The line was fast and my family was very happy. And, it was reasonably priced!

Worst subway and the employees have the worst attitudes and cant even apologize for making a mistake and then yells at us for me saying they have been rude since we walked in because we didn’t have an online order. They will get someone sick since they reuse subs for a different order if they have to remake one.

The young girl with glasses is extremely rude and the old lady working started yelling at me when I told them I dont appreciate the attitudes and throwing food containers around since the minutewe walked in when we didnt say anything but waited to be served on. The young girl with glasses put sweet onion sauce on our sub by mistake and then sat there for a minute debating what to do, then started to use her hand to remove the sauce, which how do you remove sauce when its on the bread and all other toppings. I told her that she needs to remake the sub and all hell broke out. What if we were allergic to that sauce and you were still going to try and not waste food. Thats a health code violation. I would never order from the app because im sure they do that to subs not made in front of you. Just wait till someone ends up in the hospital because you are not listening and asking questions to make sure its the correct toppings. Kicker is, they didn’t throw out the sub, they put it on the back counter and im assuming they were going to reuse it, which is another health code violation. They also had no name tags on so I couldn’t get any of the rude employees names, im assuming they do that on purpose

Plus to sum it all up, both employees never apologized, they blamed us for the mistake they made. Unprofessional and rude!! Both the old lady and the young girl with glasses need to learn customer service and how to treat a paying customer. I guess customer are never right at this location.

Do better and learn how to apologize when you make a mistake and dont get mad at the customer. Train your employees better!

Good customer service is hard to find in our current world. I was pleasantly surprised to experience good service here on my first visit. There was a miscommunication on the sub of the day meal deal I wanted. When I got to the window the charge was less than I thought it would be. I explained I wanted the bigger meal deal. They accommodated but only charged me for the cheaper meal deal price. Service was timely and efficient as well. I appreciate the service and will be back.

Ordered sub online for this location, clearly stated on my app that order went through with a confirmation number, also showed was debited from my bank account, arrived at this location, “woman” behind counter said they didnt have any online orders, i stated so now i paid for a sub that i will not receive, she immediately became rude and cocky instead of trying to resolve the issue, i tried to walk out door and just cut my losses and move on, she was rudely carrying on as i was walking out, extremely rude and belligerent.

Purposefully shut off the online orders because she didnt want to be working on New Years Eve? Deleted my online order? Dunno, but maybe the Franchise Owner with the Lacking Hiring Skills should find out.

Still shows on my app that order went through at this franchise, with confirmation # and i am still out $15..Beware.

Trashy vile worker who looked hungover, and “she” needs customer service training, Propably best i didnt receive my sub, wouldnt recommend this subway if they were giving out subs for free.

Typically I always had good experiences with this location, but the past 2 times I ordered pick up they forgot the main toppings. The first time it was the lettuce that they forgot. Not sure how you do that. And this second time they forgot the pickle, mayo, or any of the sauces I added. The receipts are clear as day with all of the toppings listed, and it’s not like I ordered anything extra crazy either, just your typical turkey sub. But when I’m paying almost $15 for a foot long I’d expect my subs to at least have the main toppings I ordered on them.

After a long day at the beach our family decided on Subway in Sparta for take out on our way home. At the drive up the lady taking our order asked what I wanted. I ordered the first sub. After a very long pause…she came back on the speaker and asked “is there anything else you would like to add?” I said yes we will have a total of 4 subs on the order. 3 more to go. She hollared “3? Really 3 more? You’ve got to be kidding me. Ma’am you are going to need to come into the building and finish your order at the counter. This will be way too confusing and it will get really messed up trying to make all these subs.” I went into the building told her to just give me the 1 sub that’s all I need. She never made eye contact and sarcastically said “have a nice day.” I had to bite my tongue because she should have been the one being wished to have a nice day because obviously she wasnt and was making sure nobody else was either. For a $15 dollar order, she missed out on a total of $60. After I got home and calmed down I decided to call Subway Sparta and asked for the manager. Not the in
-store manager but the manager that was the next level up. A gentleman provided a telephone number that I could call. When I called this experience was worse yet and this is the text I got after a very short game of who is this and what do you want? “Ive been out of work for 5 hours. I was eating dinner with my family and it’s illegal for my employees to give you my personal phone number. Dont harass me. We can do this the regular way Which isnt calling me at dinner time.” I will never go back there again and wouldn’t recommend that anyone else go there either. I didn’t see any minimum sub order signage outside. I think if they want to keep what business they have they better work on better customer service and greatly improve the attitudes.
