Ordered thru the app, and subs were all supposed to be toasted and cooked. But when I picked up the order,non of the subs were toasted and the cheeses were not even melted,it was like the subs were just thrown together and they didn’t care because it was a to go pickup order.

Unfortunately, the last two visits (several months apart) were not great. Both times the bread was stale. Dry, hard, and crumbly. Skimpy sandwich filling, too.
The lot is a mess. Landscaping is full of weeds. It all adds up. I won’t be returning.

Dude was just throwing sandwiches together when he started making our subs the oven dinged for new bread, he the proceeded to put his gloved hands in the oven mits and remove the bread, then he did not replace his gloves after pulling the bread from the oven and made our subs, they keep their finishing knife in water so it’s just sitting in nasty water until it’s used again, gloves are ment to be changed for each sandwich and were not changed. when I was handed my subs the lady left one end down on the counter and one end up like she was going to hand me them and then dropped them on the counter, will never eat at this subway again, as somebody who worked in food service this place was a health inspectors feaver dream. Not to mention their attitude towards customers is jaded at best. DO NOT EAT HERE.

This was a great experience! We have a family with nine kids and the app would only allow us to order six subs at a time and then crashed. We were short on time and coming from a open house so we tried calling the store and a not only took our order over the phone but they took the time to make sure all of the orders were correct and had it ready by the time we arrived. They went above and beyond to Exeter expectations and the food was amazing

The website is down. This location REFUSES to honor the BOGO special going on. They lied to me and told me it isn’t possible. I have had website deals honored at other locations, including this location, before.
The website is a travesty and it isn’t this locations fault. However, this, as well as several rather SEVERE service issues in the past have left me no choice but to write this review.
I would avoid this location.

Placed an on line order , said would be ready at 7:05 , I was there at that time to pick up . Lady said not ready , I’m by myself , waited 20 more minutes to get six sandwiches. I had a couple of drinks and applesauce along with order she forgot until I mentioned it and then I had to ask for a bag to carry it all . Food was good but service was poor !

Too expensive for what you get for food amount and quality isn’t the best. The service rather sucks because there isn’t a smile on the employee’s face no personality it’s just like having a robot going along with the motion. There’s nothing like seeing a restaurant that’s unkempt or even void of people every time. I’ve been there out of convenience for my busy schedule but prefer to drive 17 miles further to by a grinder from another vendor. Subway is overpriced and rated for everything.
