I’m working in the area and there isn’t a lot to choose from so I thought I would try subway out here and although I read the reviews I have to say I disagree with them. I ordered online and my food was ready on time and during the busy lunch time. It was made exactly how I asked and that is appreciated. The pic may look messy but that’s what I expect to see when opening up a folded sub.

Worst subway i have ever been too.. i recieved the wrong sub and they said i had to come all the way back for them to make it right.. the other 3 subs we had were very bad very little toppings definitely not worth the over priced subs … going to wich wich from now on for way better subs.

Subway in middleville i went in just got out of work to order a sub and they were spraying chemicals where the food was present without a cover on anything so I turned around and left seems like proper training on food safety needs to be addressed there.

Unfortunately, ive gotten stale bread too many times to call it a one off. I will drive to Caledonia going forward to go to subway before Ill go to the Middleville store.
Hate to say that, but I don’t like stale bread.

Went here on May 15 order a sandwich through the app. They forgot to toast my sandwich and I noticed this while they were wrapping it up. I let her know nicely that she forgot to toast my sandwich and I showed them on my phone that it says toasted on my And they got all upset and started whispering and talking crap toasted a new 12 inch sub just dumped everything onto the new toasted sub and served me a complete mass of a sandwich and it’s like they were mad. I put less mustard because I wanted light mustard And they squirted like a gallon on here so you can’t even eat the sandwich so I had to basically throw this sandwich away after one bite it was just disgusting mess and it still wasn’t toasted or cut in half

Wait forever to pick up your food just to get a sandwich soaked in condiments. We give this place a try because they’re close and we get that things can be missed but when we mark it less sauce and it comes covered and soggy every single time it’s just unacceptable. We pay for food we expect to get what we ask for. Will not be back. Would not recommended this location. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Ordered today 7/10/24 online for pick up. Went to pick it up, no issues. Got home go to take out the first sub and it isn’t wrapped on the one end. So when it was taken out of the bag half of the sub fell out onto the floor. My special instructions were ignored and my husband’s sub was missing ingredients.
My advice don’t order online, I always have issues, but never many issues when I go in

Turkey and pepperoni tasted funny, and not a good funny, like myself. The deli meats tasted like they sat on a stainless steel meat-slicer or stainless steel table for a long enough time to taste like stainless steel (I missed that episode of MythBusters where they examined deli meat exposure times in relation to stainless steel flavoring). I ate a few bites before spitting out, and throwing my sandwich away.
