Every time that I go to this location the prices are never right. The prices on the drive thru menu is different from what the cashier says when you pull up to pay. The cashier was rude at the end, whispering about me and my order to another co worker. I won’t be back to this location

Always tip well. Left 15% tip for online order. Completely missed special instructions for sub #1. Paid for 2 chips, sub #2 chips were missing. 2nd order in a row that our order was wrong. Called. Assist. Mgr. Cheryl apologized. Offered to bring back sub to remake it. Really? We live 7 miles north of Lowell. That was it. Time to find different restaurant.

For the most part friendly and efficient, but I ordered “the boss”, which is meatballs and pepperoni. I got it toasted. The meatballs were served from a pan on the counter and were not warm. Definitely not heated to the correct, safe temp. There was very little business while I dined, yet nobody ever made an attempt to do something with the meatballs on the counter stored at room temperature.

The three workers working the food line and cash register tonight did an absolutely amazing job!! I came in with the biggest order I’ve had ( 3 foot longs and 1 6-inch). They not only double checked to make sure everything was correct on each sub before moving down the line but also had all the subs done in the same amount of time that it usually takes other workers to do my one sub. By far the best service from subway I have ever had!!

It was clean and employees were friendly. According to them Subway no longer carries cucumbers. What? Since when? Noway, really? Well they better tell the person who’s in charge of the website because it’s still on several subs. Asked for mayo on the side more than once, one girl said that it was in the little bag. Get home no freaking mayo.

So I have only ever written one other review. And I don’t like being negative. But I have to talk about this.The only reason I’m giving the two stars is because I’m shocked I haven’t found hair in my sandwich. None of the employees were wearing hair nets, and their hair was pretty long. Not only that, but their work station was just an absolute mess. I mean, I understand it gets a little difficult to wipe down their counter when it’s busy. But it genuinely looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was a couple other things that I noticed but it would just be too long to write here. So I won’t be returning there for awhile.

Worst Subway around! We have had several issues with online orders. They switch bread without asking, they miss toppings, there was a bone in the chicken beast and this past trip the bread was severely undercooked. Very poorly managed establishment. We returned our order on Saturday 12/12 for a refund. There wasn’t a Manager on-site to issue the refund. We were suppose to receive a call today 12/14 but haven’t and they are not answering their phone. Extremely disappointed!
