Atmosphere is good but every time I go in it’s like some lacks the basics of making a sandwich. This time my meat was placed in the crevice of the bread. So I had one half meat the other half veggies. I am not thrilled. Also they never have there open sign on when they’re opened.

Ordered on the app. Workers claimed they didn’t get an online order. Money came out of my bank account for the order. Showed proof was told they couldn’t do anything about it and it wasn’t their issue. I order very often because it’s convenient, but this will be the last time.

Third time going into subway in the a.g.o in grant Michigan, first time we ended up getting spoiled dressings on my wife and I sandwich, second time order completely made wrong, went today right when open up and got ice cold meatball sub with room temp ranch….will never go back again and whole store disgusting floors slimy and dirty smell in the air

Had a rude employee think it’s okay to whip a sub across the counter at me because they had to waste out subs for not having it advertised that you can’t use coupons for their new sandwiches. She threatened to come outside and everything. Will never visit this subway ever again. Bet corporate is going to love this review

I get food here all the time, I always order online. Today I went and got there a little bit after when the app said my order would be ready by, but it wasn’t ready. They hadn’t started making it because my order didn’t print because their receipt printer ran out of paper. But it seemed to be printing fine by the time I got there. The lady who told me, made it seem like it was my fault by her attitude. My wrap that I got was also wrapped very sloppy and the steak had hard pieces in it that I couldn’t chew.

Since Missy took over it’s my favorite subway to go to!! Always friendly, always smiling, and a couple of the employees even remember my subs (I’m picky) so I really only have to confirm my order!!
