Went in and asked if I could use my code for buy 2 get one free. Because online and app weren’t working, they couldn’t do it. So I went out to my vehicle and was able to get it figured out, then go and get my order after it’s made. And it was wrong. So had to wait longer for them to fix it. Guess it’s time to change places i go.

I had the best experience getting a large order for my Kids Ministry team yesterday. The person who took my order was so friendly and helpful, the order was ready on time and everything was perfect! My team was well fed and if I knew how easy that was I would have done that years ago! Definitely choosing them to cater in the future!

The food is always fresh just really skimpy on toppings. Customer service not the best. Same girl working every morning never makes eye contact with the customers. And I always feel rushed when ordering. She doesn’t give enough to tell her what you want before putting it in the oven. Mind you, typically, I’m the only one in store when ordering myself. I love Subway, but this branch was a disappointment – not going back here again. Not a very friendly crew working behind the counter. I know it was the dinner rush, but they could have been serving their customers better. There were two workers there and only 3 people in line ahead of me, but it took nearly 20 minutes to finally get my food and leave. They made part of your sandwich, and then set it aside and started the next order before finishing yours. I know that is a normal Subway operation, but it was extremely dragging out – much longer than it should have been. When they finally got to finishing my sandwich it was not done very carefully – the server didn’t really do a very good job of spreading ingredients out, just threw them on randomly, and they were out of one veggie. When they went to wrap it up, they did not use the first paper wrapping that you normally get at Subway – they just put it directly in the plastic wrapper and set it aside. I was standing there at the register for several minutes with my card in hand and sandwich just sitting there on the counter waiting, while the staff were doing other things. Not very good customer service – once someone’s order is done you should just get them on their way – at least that’s how I was trained at other places. It just seemed like this place was not very concerned with quality service, just doing the bare minimum. The worst part was unwrapping my sandwich without that extra paper that’s supposed to be in there around the sandwich – I was not expecting it and the whole thing dumped onto the floor in my car. A little more thought and effort would be appreciated next time.

Worker behind the counter very rude. Does not acknowledge people, rushes you through like she is impatiently waiting on you. Talks only amongst her coworkers and doesn’t treat customers like real people. Never smiles, always rude.
I believe she may be a manager and has been there a few months now. I dread seeing her there because she is so unpleasant to deal with. Very poor customer service.

We come here often, normally it’s great, there was one girl working named Britney that even though they were not busy clearly did not have time for us even though we kept our orders very simple she had no patience and made us feel we were inconveniencing her by being there. It would be nice to see a little better customer service at this location.

Super unfriendly and act like they really don’t want to be there. The vegetables are rotting they don’t take care of them rotation-wise properly. Used to love Subway but these kids nowadays ruin it hire older people. Old school people you’ll get better service. Teenagers never leave the house until they’re 50 now anyway

I ordered online, we pick it up go home to eat and I open my sub and it is the worst sub I’ve ever seen from there. When you ask for more of an ingredient, it doesn’t mean load it so much that you can’t even pick up your sub. I think these subs get made from people who just do not care what they are doing. I took a picture of my sub, hoping to post to the review page, but I don’t see the option. We come to this subway probably once a week, but we might be finding a new place to go.

I usually have pretty good service and food from this location.. however.. tonight was the exception. My husband came in at 8:40. Yes 8:40pm. I realize you guys close at 9pm. I used to manage a sub shop and was taught we CLOSE at 9 meaning you serve any customer till closing time with a smile on your face regardless of the time! I know it can be frustrating to have customers right before closing but you close at a certain time. Therefore you can take customers until said time. The lady working tonight was rude and made it very obvious how upset she was to be making subs right before closing time. Again, I get it but still… customer service is so important from the minute you open to the minute you close. Not anytime you feel like.
