The place is super clean however when I came in the worker did not say anything back when I said hello proceeded to clean up and do dishes for about 5 minutes. And a lady came in inquiring about her online order didn’t ask her her name pointed to a self said it’s over there. Ending up not being her order, which she had to say it at least 3x before he even acknowledged her. so he had to make hers didn’t acknowledge me not once. And I tried to get his attention multiple times. Just bad customer service . When I asked if there’s somebody else that is also working with him because I was trying to be understanding that they may be busy cause it’s just him, They said yes somebody else is working here. I said well it’s really rude you don’t acknowledge customers. He said ok bye. Ridiculous. I ended up driving all the way to the one on division instead

Teenage employee extremely disrespectful you ask for onion he grabs two handfuls of onion and slams them all over the sandwich and just stares at you like it’s okay to do if your wife asks for her peppers to be on her sub when it’s toasted he’ll look at you and go is there anything you need on yours to make you feel special absolutely the worst service ever the kids should be fired not only for how he disrespects his customers but also for the waste of product wouldn’t use a cutting board because he just washed it and didn’t want to get it dirty so he cut the tomatoes in his hand. Worst Subway I’ve ever been to ever if you want your sub on point go to the one that’s across from the hospital those guys know what they’re doing. Told the manager she needs to watch the video and then ask me how she would have reacted

Usually is my second favorite location but today was very unexpected when one of the workers left me a very rude note on my bag and then had the nerve to talk about it to staff and in front of customer common sense would be professional about the order then being childish and uncaring learn how to be more professional especially working in customer service

02/10 stopped at this location, the lady working the food line (brunette older woman seemed to be the manager) had started the service off with sly looks, and a horrible attitude, because she had to serve paying costumers. Which is her job. She then proceeded to make it a chore and act as though it was our problem we had arrived. Very unwelcoming environment. It does not hurt to have a somewhat decent attitude, especially working at a fast food place that takes minimal effort.
