I don’t know who’s working this evening but the guy with the black hair and tattoos on his arms decided to tell me that I couldn’t have those pickles which makes no sense to me I thought we were supposed to be able to get a sub made the way we wanted it to be made not the way they want to make it for us I think the kids should be let go for not listening to the customer I asked numerous times for the same thing and never got anything kept acting like he couldn’t do it at 8:35 at night when they don’t close until 9:30 barely had any veggies out for me to even get on my sub make no sense won’t come back to this Subway again

Had to come here tonight to pick up our online order after a let down from VCL location! The kids working were super nice and helpful! Our food was ready before the app said it would be and was made perfectly! The lobby was also spotless!

Friendly and quick service. Bathrooms inside were clean. Lobby was spacious and tidy. I like Subway’s that dont share a space in a gas station.
Those working were quick and patient while I tended to 2 kids as I ordered.

Stopped at 3 different subway locations today to get the footlong nachos. They have all ingredients in stock. They however do not have the boxes and refused to sell them in anything else. Pretty cool since it’s their deal rn!

1 Star is being generous. I would say don’t eat here. But you can’t because they won’t serve you no matter how polite and patient you are. One girl was working on a large online order and after 5 minutes standing in front of her she didn’t even greet us and let us know that. Not even eye contact. The manager came around and was taking care of some fresh bread and asking if she wanted help. The manager let us know she had a huge online order. So we decided to remain patient. But the manager neither insisted on helping her, nor offered to wait on us. After 10 minutes now sitting at a table near the counter waiting to be helped and watching the manager just stand there watching the girl work on the online order we left. This was really bizarre “service?”

this is one of the cleanest and best managed subways i’ve been to. regardless if i’m doing an online order or not i never have to worry and have never had to complain about my sandwich. if only the other subways around were like this. also, i love how kind the employees are. even when it’s busy they don’t get overwhelmed and maintain a professional attitude. 10/10 subway
