Went in for a sub and wasent notified before ordering that they was out of so much stuff like lettuce, olives, chicken, and pepsi. Also went to get a drink no ice in ice machine.

Absolutely terrible. Went in to get a sandwich before work arrived at about 8:45. Worker says the toaster oven is down. “No big deal” I think, order my sandwich anyways, ask for light sauce, and she passes it atleast 3 times with each sauce, bags it up and hands it to me. I pay and go to sit and eat and she says they close at 9 instead of 10 today for no apparent reason. That would have been nice to know 10 minutes ago when I came in so I’ve got a cold soggy sub that I get to eat in my car. Place is a joke probably won’t go back

This location has very helpful employees! We had orders for 3 people, and we were 100% paid and out the door in less than 10 minutes. Our breads were fresh, cookies were soft, soup was warm, and they checked the lids to make sure they were sealed. We left a decent tip as they went out of their way to help us.
Inside and outside was clean. They seemed to enjoy their jobs and were very friendly as well.

This subway can get pretty busy during lunchtime and usually run by just the manager. She’s always so nice and helpful even with being so busy, and her subs are the best! Keep up the great work, it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Kaitlyn, Kylie, Miranda, Alex & the young gentleman whose name idk are amazing. Always polite and respectful. I am very picky and they have all made us delicious sandwiches whatever we order. We were having an extremely bad day. And everywhere we went something was wrong.
Including when we decided to get subway well their toasters were down and the sandwiches we were wanting u have to have toasted or it doesn’t taste right.
So I asked if maybe it could be taken home and put in the oven .
She was happy to help us out especially after hearing the trouble we had.
She had went out of her way to make sure our meal was the best.
Thank you very much for going above and beyond for my mother and I.

Wanted this to be a regular stop for lunch working nearby but their card machine is down so regularly anymore I’m done trying.
People are nice enough when I go in around lunch hours but it’s just unacceptable for a card machine to be down so steadily over a few weeks. 3 separate weeks. Not just a one off occurrence.
Parking lots rough. Be careful if you have paper currency and still brave it.

Decent for a Subway, but I felt bad for the employee. Only one person working and there was a lunch rush. The employee was very jovial, and laughed a lot. The food seemed pretty fresh for a Subway (you know it can be hit or miss).
And, not specific to this Subway, but basically the food service industry, prices continue to climb out of control.
For two 6 inch subs (both rotisserie chicken, no extra stuff that costs money), and one small drink and chips, it was $18.00 plus tax. Subway just isn’t good enough food to cost that much. And stop asking for tips on your PoS machines!

This is the worst subway I’ve been to! I live close so I WAS stopping in once a month or so. They are ALWAYS out of the most common meats, breads, and toppings. The last 2 times I’ve stopped in over a month apart the toaster was down.
I’m done even trying. From now on if I want subway I’ll drive 5 miles out of my way to go to the Hillsdale store!
