So it’s almost 15 bucks for sub now. They were 5 bucks not long ago and now they won’t even build you a sandwich your way. So she gets my sub out of the oven and I say I’ll have some spinach and well then she interrupts me and says what kind of dressing you want. I say I’ll have some spinach she says we do sauce here first. Ok fine. So I tell her my dressing and the rest of what I want on it. Of course she didn’t quite get that down. So I repeat my order maybe a little hastier than I should have but I’m already mad. Then you have to pay. What a tip? Why aren’t they paid by subway to be a sandwich builder? Was she a waitress and I didn’t know it? So she was rude and now I have to leave her a tip. Not in my world. Last trip to subway for me for ever so suck on that tip!

Worst experience! Ordered online and paid ahead. Live 20 min away, received my sub without extra bacon & extra cheese on old stale bread. Bad customer service, they tried to only give us part of our order. If YOU wouldn’t eat it- DON’T serve it to a customer! #1 rule….

Got into Brooklyn after spending the day at urgent care after a fall. Most places were crowded on a Saturday night, so decided to stop at Subway since I hadn’t eaten all day. The server told me they close at 9:30 since I arrived just before 9. At exactly 9:30 one of the guys said that I need to leave since they were closing. In every restaurant I have ever been to that means they stop serving at 9:30 and you can finish your meal while they close-up. So I started to to finish up, and that’s when the second guy, at precisely 9:33, comes over to tell me to leave. And he wasn’t polite about it, he was downright rude. I have never been treated so rudely in my 70 years of existence. Now I know why the pizza place I passed had a bunch of people waiting outside to get seated and this Subway only had 2 customers including me. Whoever hired these 2 bozos to be your customer facing employees doesn’t know a thing about customer service. Think twice before you go there!

The food is awful here but anyone who’s eaten at a Subway expects that so that’s not my complaint. The manager at this particular location overcharged me and when asked to correct the error became very rude. Poor customer service in addition to the usual awfulness.

Every single time I order here, it seems to be an ongoing issue of them forgetting something. It could be something small, like forgetting condiments, or something ridiculous, like forgetting cheese on a sub when I ordered extra cheese. Sometimes the subs are soggy and way too overstuffed, and sometimes they’re really thin and under stuffed. This place needs to really get it together and work on communication with their other coworkers, just to ensure that everything is getting made correctly. I, unfortunately, heard this place was mediocre at best from family and friends, and I tried it myself to see if they were being honest. They definitely were, honestly. Please check every food item you get before heading back home. If this place doesn’t get it together, it’s not gonna last much longer.

online ordering here is them putting on a blindfold and guessing what you wanted on your sub. they either can’t read or think they’re above their job. the convenience of online ordering is gone when the employee can’t do their job correctly. better to go inside and control them like a puppet that way you actually know your sub is being made correctly. needs serious improvements.

First time I’ve been to a subway where I had to explain to them how to make a dang sub. One off the menu.
Cheaped out on the meatballs and left the first 2 inches on either end with no meatballs on it. When I ordered 2 types of cheese, he put one type on one half, then one half on the other. Then argued when I asked to fix it.
I’ve rarely had an issue at a subway, but good grief, this one was something to write about.

Placed online order today. Wrong items provided. Telephone number to franchise does not work; no one answers. They took my money flawlessly but did not fulfill correctly. Now I have no recourse but to drive to the store to complain. Unacceptable. Manager please contact me
