Michelle (the manager) is unstable. She yells and slams stuff while us customers are in the store. She also swears and treats her employees like garbage.
On top of that the toilet is broken and the store is dirty all the time.
The meats are always crusty at the edges and I always get diarrhea after eating there.
Some employees are nice.
The manager sucks and is loud, mean and obnoxious.
The food is never fresh.
Corporate needs to take care of this place and also needs to fire this very unstable “manager”.

Waited over 30 minutes to order. One employee trying very hard to keep up, but left alone to drown.
No leadership no team. No one there to bring support to this poor kid doing his best… Will not come back to this location.

Older lady that works there thinks double meat means 1.5 so if she is there when you order watch her. Had made several online orders only to get home and the subs were trash.

The gentleman making our sandwiches had dandruff falling from his hair, we literally didn’t eat our sandwiches. Poor guy had eczema ALL over his arms and face. I just didn’t feel right as I seen him make our sandwich when skin could be going everywhere. I don’t blame the dude at all, he was really nice, but he didn’t need to be making sandwiches. Smelled in the building, looks dirty, i dont know man, the owner of this location seem not to care at all. Will not be back.

the food at the subway looked absolutely horrible. the salami was 2 different colors like it had been left uncovered for hours. there way only one worker it was so slow. My green peppers were frozen. it was overall horrible will not go back.

Bad service. Overall very unfriendly employees. Employees look very unhappy. Employees don’t seem like they want to be there. Bread is dry. Will never spend my money at this subway again. Needs new management or ownership. If you want a good sandwich go to the subway inside the Walmart in Adrian.

So I ordered doordash from here and had to go pick it up myself after an hour because the delivery driver never got assigned.
The ladies here were very helpful and understanding. They even gave me the info I needed to call and complain to doordash. Proving I picked it up myself.
The subs were good as always.
Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because they seemed to know about the doordash problems but still offer it.

So done with this place. 1st bad experience was like a year ago. Was told that if you ordered a “Series” sub, that you HAD TO get what was listed on the ingredients with no modifications. 2nd time, waited for like 15-20 minutes while the person in front of me got their subs made, only to find out when they went to cash out, that it was cash only. And the 3rd & final time was today. Ordered a sub and the staff member started to make it, then told me they were out of one of the meats. Changed my order to a different sub and had it all built, only to then be told on that one, that they were out of pickles. It was the Pickleball Club, so that probably should have triggered them to mention that, BEFORE building it. Left and went to Shellie’s Subs in the bowling alley, instead. Way better.
