Lost In Adrian
Ordered online, got home and was disappointed to see that my sub was made wrong and the bread was clearly not fresh. It was squished, hard & crusty (so probably 3-4 days old!!). Supposed to have extra cheese but there were a whopping 2 pieces of cheese and way too much spicy pepperoni. I mean really?? The Subway in Walmart has always been poor, won’t ever order on the app again I’d rather see it made in front of me so I KNOW IT’S FRESH & CORRECT.

The food was good, but having both workers talk to me at the same time was difficult. As a small business owner I already have a lot going on in my mind so questions from two people at once short circuited my brain. It didn’t help when I ordered an all american club and one of the questions was what do you want on it. Umm, what it comes with was what came out of my mouth. Having the lady ask my son (not jokingly) how he can deal with me because I was crazy is how you lost the potential four star review.

A decent place to grab a bite, with friendly staff. They’ve improved many of their previous issues, and I had a great experience with one employee in particula today: After an extremely rude customer insulted her directly, Shanla (spelling?) remained absolutely professional and friendly with my gf and I as we ordered some food during our lunch break. It made my day.

Just got sandwiches from here i ordered 2 fooy long cold cuts and one with double meat and cheese. The woman making my sub put a pile of bologna on the on side, a pile of salami in the middle and a pile of ham on the other. Like for effing real??? What happened to the parchment paper with all the meat laid out nicely and separated? Or yea I know it takes more work but spread out the meat!!!! Now if my husband goes to eat his sandwich his 1st bite will only be all bologna. Also the the other lady was taking temperatures stuck the thermometer in the meatballs than without wiping it off stuck it in the turkey than just kept taking temps without cleaning the thermometer off. Also the lady taking the temps had the most horrible smokers cough. I honestly paid for my food, walked out and threw it away!

my toasted sub was wet, idk how because it only had very few toppings and light sauce, it was stuck to the paper, it was just gross. I was over charged for my combo because I had a coupon she charged full price for the drink and side. I said I thought that was wrong and she gave me a dirty look. I’m really sorry the menu said make it a combo for 2.50, she charged the individual prices and she obviously don’t care I said i was going to complain and she shrugged her shoulders. I will never come to this subway again, staff are rude, obviously not trained properly, and food was not properly prepared.

The workers had no masks on and were fist bumping people in line for not wearing masks while making sandwiches. We did not feel comfortable they were taking appropriate precautions for cleanliness so we walked out. Would not recommend going here.
