Yesterday I got a 6 inch tuna sub and I paid extra for extra tuna and this is what I get (pic attached) not to mention this happens all the time. Why are you guys being so skimpy with your subs. Also, my husbands bread was hard as a rock which also happens a lot. Subway has gone downhill. Next time I will be coming in to order and watch them make my sub.

Ordered pickup they “attempted to call me” which they didn’t because they where out of not only rotisserie chicken but steak the honey oat bread shredded cheese they then waited for me to come in to tell me this I said sure would switch my protein on 2 sandwiches to grilled chicken breast which made them not only annoyed that I wanted to switch but also made the sandwich’s with stuff that has been after looking closely and tasting it had clearly been sitting there most like all day with out switching it everything was stale the lettuce wilting and the chicken almost rubber I don’t know who the owner or manager of this location and whose fault these failings are but they should be fired for it and I would go somewhere else anywhere else and never go back paid over 30 dollars for me and my fiancée meal and the only thing that was decent was the bottled teas.

Never again. This place ruined Subway for me. Haven’t had subway in a few years and never will again. The two guys working were rude, one of them didn’t know how to do anything and kept asking for help. Me and a friend both ordered the same grilled chicken subs, halfway through my sandwich I found some rancid pieces of chicken and stopped eating it. Sure enough both me and my friend started getting extremely sick and it hit us at the same time while we were flying a small plane together out of the local airport. Needless to say, it’s not a great feeling to be flying a plane and trying not to puke at the same time. This place is horrible.

This location is complete garbage. The staff was unhelpful. I ordered 2 subs online and 30 mins later when I showed up to pick them up. They said they didn’t have what they needed to make the subs and said they didn’t know how to refund the money. No manager to talk to and no resolution. 100% do not recommend go to Wal-Mart subway. I did not have it My-Way!!

Never been so insulted in my life. If i could give negative stars i would. Had to wait for my pick up they were busy totally ok. Drove all the way home in the snow only to have no sauce that i paid for extra sauce on my protein bowl and none of the cookies i ordered for my kids. I called and was told they would remake it. So i left my kids with their dinner and their dad with his sub and drove all the way back. Busy again so i went in and waited only to have the manager tell me whomever i spoke to was wrong and that she knew i was only trying to get free food. Handed me sauce and asked me to leave. I had to insist for the cookies i paid for. She went off on how she knew she made my salad right abd put all 4 oatmeal cookies and 3 chocolate chip in my bag. I only ordered the 3 i was asking for. Clearly confused and super insulting. If i could talk to the owner I’d tell her to find a new manager.

Disappointed as this location doesn’t know how to hardly make a salad anymore. Mix stuff in including dressing. I even offered a tip if the person would mix. They didn’t. Lazy. What ever happened to satisfy the customer? I’d suggest this location consider not even having salads on their menu.

Placed an order online for pickup. Got home and both sub’s were wrong. Called them and went back just for them to have made it wrong AGAIN, then the third time only remade one of the sandwiches instead of both, and it was still wrong. Called them once again and was basically called a liar, my mother in law and I both. Poor customer service!
