I walked in on 01/03/26 at exactly 9:13 with my wife and the man behind the counter glared at us and said “well I was about to close but ig not anymore” not a nice thing to hear as soon as I walk in before even saying a word. We asked for are bread and he looked at me and said “you know I can deny you service rn right” I said the doors were open. He replied with i don’t care BOSS I can still deny you service. So taken back me and my beautiful wife left. On are way out 3 young men were about to walk in as well. We told them what happened and they told us to go back in with them and they would help up get are food. Needless to say, we went back inside the man threatened to call the cops on us for asking for his name so we could report him. Whoever the manager or the corporate supervisor is for this store. I left the date at the top in that man needs to be fired. Immediately, if you need to go look at the video footage on the camera. I recommend doing so. If you need the audio, we have everything recorded. Let me know. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully or wrongfully. In my life, by anybody, let alone somebody working at a store?

While my visit didn’t break any culinary boundaries, it delivered exactly what you expect from a Subway: a decent build-your-own sandwich experience. The ingredients were fresh, the bread was standard Subway fare (toasted to my liking!), and the service was friendly and efficient.

I placed an order online for 4 CBR. When we received our order the Manager working (Adriana) was fantastic. I have a very picky eater and she loved the way her sandwich was made. Adriana you rocked it girl and thank you for pleasing my mom (the picky eater). I would recommend to anyone for great service to go see her.

Had a very good experience at the West Avenue store on July 5, 2025 at 5:15 p.m. when we had to walk away from the airport Road store due to no service after being left for nine minutes and the employees at the West Avenue store greeted us immediately and felt badly because we hadn’t got good service at another location and they were so friendly and polite and apologized to us for the poor service coming from another subway and the sandwiches were awesome and we will be visiting the West Avenue store when we want a Subway sandwich we will be boycotting the airport Road store.

Workers are extremely rude including the manager with green hair. The young girl is the most respectful. I will never go in there again. Food was ok but not good enough for the prices. The tomatoes were very mushy and shouldn’t have even been served. I’m just disappointed with the visit. I come in all the time and it’s been getting worse and worse every time I go back. So no thank you.

This is the worst subway I have ever been too. Every time I go in the workers are incredibly rude. They NEVER have the ingredients they are supposed. I don’t know if it’s because they ran out or are too lazy to go in the freezer and get more. They would receive 0 stars if it was up to me.

Young blonde lady working today was so rude she was telling me that they don’t tost the flat bread I told her that’s OK just what ever you can do as I was ordering for my cousin and she continued to give me an attitude and I was trying to order but was so disappointed with the attitude of this worker, completely ruined my experience

Don’t go to this location. There was only one person making sandwiches (around 4pm) I ordered 3 sandwiches and she was all over the place, not remembering which one was which. She started making the sandwiches before she realized there was no more rotisserie chicken, which two of my sandwiches called for In the end we were definitely not happy with our order for the price we paid.
