what made me leave? this review was the fact that he wanted to know my name so bad but they didn’t even read my order correctly. then when they cut my sandwich, they cut the both papers and you can’t tell me they didn’t notice that when they wrapped it up. can’t even wrap up the other half of my sandwich for later. definitely will not be going back on a Friday cuz I literally have no issues any other day of the week that order here. it’s always Fridays.
When I arrived. One of the two employees working behind the counter just completed helping the prior customer. He asked what I would like, I explained that I called and my sandwich wasn’t right. He then took the sandwich that was just sitting on my truck seat, placing it in the prep area for the sandwichs. Then he asked my name and spent several minutes looking at the cashier’s register. Then he changed the receipt roll on the register, then started several conversations with people (not doing anything) . Finally he comes back and finally throws away the bad sandwich (contaminated and been sitting here for at least 5 minutes, possibly 10) and started making my sandwich on the same spot(eeewww). He then asks if I want my meat heated (that is an extremely strange question that I’ve never been asked before) .
At this point, another customer had been sitting in the restaurant waiting for a foot long cookie while the rest of her order has been completed. They
